The Chronicles of Flamonia Book 1: The Five Great Flames Prologue In the beginning, there was nothing. The universe was cold, black, empty, and most of all balanced. Then, within a moment, the universe flashed into existence in the form of 5 main galaxies: the Nexian galaxy, the Chaos galaxy, the Nova galaxy, the Creation galaxy, and the Dark galaxy. Each galaxy represented a being of ultimate power, modernly referred to as a Star God. These Star Gods were Nexia, goddess of light; Chimbatu, god of darkness; Kybera, goddess of creation and peace; Khaos, god of destruction and chaos; and finally Naboo, god of balance as well as the king of gods. Being the king of gods, Naboo was the most powerful of all the star gods. With his power to counter any of the other gods’ abilities, he could settle any disputes that came up. By doing this, Naboo kept the universe in a state of cosmic balance which allowed the galaxies to expand and prosper. Naboo’s power was reflected in his galaxy, the Nova Galaxy, now known as the Middle Galaxy. It is the largest galaxy in the universe, containing more moons and planets than the other galaxies combine. There came a point where the Star Gods were finished with their galaxies and wanted to fill them. To do this, Naboo decided to test the concept of life in the form of a single individual. This person was tasked with preparing the universe for life.

He did this by creating instruments that would allow the new life in the universe to use the powers that created them. First, he harvested the powers of The Star Gods and placed them into 5 individual stones. These stones would come to be known as the galactic stars. They consisted of the Nexus Star (Nexia), the Chaos Star (Khaos), the Kyber Star (Kybera), the Dark Star (Chimbatu), and finally the Nova Star (Naboo). This person placed the stones in their respective galaxies. When they arrived in the Nova galaxy, Naboo asked them to make him some special relics that utilized his power. First, they made 3 pure crystal sabers. Then they harvested Naboo’s divine powers of reality, time, and life and placed each of them into a single saber. They then hid the sabers where it was assumed only worthy people would find them. After that, they made 5 stones, similar to those used to make the stars, that harnessed the power of the 5 planets in the Nova Galaxy. Those planets were Flamonia, Vortexia, Freezonia, Earth, and Olympus. They distributed each stone to its respective planet. After the other Star Gods saw the power of Naboo’s 5 planetary stones, they wanted some of their own. Naboo had the first life form create stones for the largest planet in each of the other galaxies. These planets were Andromeda of the Dark Galaxy, Lammorra of the Cosmos Galaxy, Illum of the Kyber Galaxy, and Feyiv of the Chaos Galaxy.

Once this was done, Naboo wanted his galaxy to further distinguish itself from the others, so he had the first life form craft stones for each of the moons in his galaxy. These stones would be given the power of the god of that moon, now known as a dwarf god. This made the Nova galaxy the center point of all elemental, mystical, and celestial energy in the universe. After nearly 173,000 years, the first life form was done. It was at this point that Naboo realized that his test was never given a name, however, it was lost to time. Now that he’d named his champion, and his champion had prepped his universe, Naboo decided that the stage had been set for life, all that was left was something to start it. This is when Naboo’s champion volunteered the energy within in himself, his soul energy, to be used to start life in the universe. In that moment, he performed a technique that allowed him to release his soul energy and project it across the universe. Once the ritual was done, the seeds of life had been planted on every planet in the universe. From these seeds, the first generations of life were born, with no recollection of how they came into existence. The only true evidence of their life giver could be found in the middle of the Nova Galaxy, on a moon named Utopia that sits in the exact center of

the universe, and it would remain unknown and untouched for centuries to come. However, the life giver did leave temples that told the new life, information about the god of their respective planet. Each temple was different in most if not all ways, besides one. All temples featured an inscription that when translated means " Your home, given by us; your life, given by the First Spinjitzu Master.” This is where the name and the legend of the First Spinjitzu Master came from. Now we find ourselves on the largest planet in the Nova galaxy, Flamonia. From space, Flamonia is a warm-colored titan of a planet surrounded by 3 moons, Plasmos, Luna, and Strikia. Flamonia consists of 4 large continents, 3 subcontinents, 6 large islands, and hundreds of smaller islands. The planet is known for its year-long temperate climate. It is covered in tropical forests, deserts, and plains. There are nearly 50 million people living on Flamonia, all with a life expectancy of 250 years. The population was divided into four main kingdoms: the Phoenix, the Fang, the Viper, and the Dragon. These kingdoms all lived on the largest continent, Imus, where they were constantly fighting over territory. The Phoenix Kingdom lived in the forest and was known for its deep spiritual connection with the mystical beasts of the planet—such as dragons, phoenixes, kaiju, etc. They controlled the vast majority of food on the continent, which gave them a lot of power over the land. They had

good alliances with the Viper and Dragon Kingdoms, but were bitter rivals of the Fang Kingdom. The Viper Kingdom lived on the entire island of Nova and was known for having an abundance of magical blue crystals known as chi. These crystals became the main form of currency between kingdoms. Their abundance of chi, coupled with their easily defended territory, made them a very powerful kingdom. They had strong relations with the Phoenix Kingdom, but hated both the Fang and Dragon Kingdoms. The Fang Kingdom lived throughout the northern mountains of Imus. They were known for furs and exotic clothes, as well as being very good hunters and craftsmen. They were well respected by the Viper and Phoenix Kingdoms, but were never known for having a strong connection with the Dragon Kingdom. Finally, there was the Dragon Kingdom, whose territory consisted of the majority of the east coast. They were known for having the fiercest and most skilled warriors in the world. They were also the first kingdom to establish civilizations. The Dragon Kingdom’s capital city—and its oldest—was known as Imus. They had a formal treaty with the Phoenix Kingdom; however, they weren’t very fond of the other two kingdoms. The year is 1879. The four kingdoms have been fighting for nearly the entirety of their existence—some have even forgotten why and what they’re still fighting for. All they know is that only one kingdom can be at the top of the food chain.

A simple skirmish in a large forest within Phoenix territory between the Fang and Phoenix Kingdoms escalated into a gigantic battle involving all the kingdoms. It seemed apparent that all the kingdoms wanted this to be the final day of the war. With no victory in sight for anyone, Ray Flame, Fire Lord of the Dragon Kingdom, was summoned to the island of Rojo. There, he stood in front of the Temple of Infernus. He walked into the temple and heard a voice directing him through the chambers to a room that contained a red crystal. At that moment, it’s said that Infernus revealed himself to Ray and declared him the guardian of the Flamonian planetary stone and his champion. Infernus then told Ray that the stone would follow his family’s bloodline until the end of time. Ray humbly accepted the stone and was sent back to the forest. Upon his arrival, he proclaimed that Infernus had chosen him to be the guardian of the planet, making him worthy of leading everyone. No one believed him. In fact, they said he was lying. They joked that no one even knew if Infernus was real—that he was just a myth not to be taken seriously. It was at this point that Ray demonstrated his newfound power. He surrounded each group with a ring of fire that stood ten feet high. In that moment, Roku of Phoenix, Mako of Viper, and Nya of Fang knelt before their new leader.

Soon after, the other members of the kingdoms also knelt before Ray. In one year’s time, a huge palace was built in the Dragon Kingdom’s capital city of Imus. It was here, in the city of Imus, on the 247th day of the year 1880, before all his subjects, that Rayimus Flame was crowned the first Emperor of Flamonia. Paleolithic Era (1880-2290) Emperor Rayimus (1880-1960) Elder Roku The year is 1905. The establishment of the Royal Flamonian Empire has brought the majority of conflict on the planet to a halt. The kingdoms have largely dissolved and Flamonia has enjoyed a prosperous 25 years, but all that was about to change. Emperor Rayimus was meditating like he always did at mid-day. It’s believed that when Rayimus meditated he spoke with Infernus himself, however he never confirmed this. Or at least he hadn’t confirmed it until that day. When historians look through the diaries and journals of the royal family of the time, they all say the same thing. One day, after his midday meditation, Rayimus summoned his wife Brianna, his two kids Tyler and Sarah, and his most trusted friend and advisor Roku. He told them that Infernus warned that there was a great evil gathering. That across the galaxy another god’s champion was preparing to lay siege to the universe. Everyone looked at Rayimus like he was crazy. The only other celestial bodies that anyone had heard of or seen were Flamonia’s three moons.

Despite this, Rayimus continued; saying that Infernus told him to pick the wisest individual and bring them to the temple. His wife then asked, " for what" . Rayimus then said, " To be given everlasting life and what Infernus called, an elder stone." He then explained that the elder stone was very similar to the planetary stone, except that it wasn’t created with the intention to be pasted down. Rayimus then said, " Infernus doesn’t know when this rogue guardian will attack, but he wants his champion to be ready. The job of the Elder would be to guide, advise, and train the future rulers of Flamonia so that they are prepared for anything that comes the empire's way. That is why I have chosen Roku to be this planet’s Elder." Roku then said, " What do you mean Ray, I’m not worthy." " Old friend, in my opinion, you should have been the one to become Infernus’ champion.” replied Rayimus. " Our empire needs you, please. Become the Emperor’s champion." It is said that Emperor Rayimus and Roku then traveled to the temple, whose location is a closely guarded secret, and Infernus performed a ritual on Roku. The two then left, Emperor Rayimus and Elder Roku. The Destruction of Plasmos As elder, Roku gain a multitude of abilities. Chief among them was the ability to speak with other elders from across the galaxy. This is how the different elders of the galaxy discovered that they weren’t alone.

However, they all swore to only tell their ruler of the other kingdoms’ existence. Once Roku told Rayimus of this discovery, he was interested to go and see these other planets. Every night for the next 35 years Rayimus would attempt to launch himself into to space. In most cases he would only get a few thousand feet in the air, however Rayimus began to notice that when Plasmos, the smallest of Flamonia’s moons, was filled at it’s apex in the night sky, he was able to grasp space itself. This led Rayimus to believe if he timed it right, he could use the extra energy from Plasmos to reach outer space. That night he launched himself at precisely at midnight and witnessed himself cut through and eventually leave the atmosphere. Sadly Rayimus made the discovery that there was no air to breathe in space, which led him to black out and crash back down to Flamonia. Now that he knew it could be done, all Rayimus had to do was figure out how to breathe in space. Luckily, his oldest son Tyler, the crowned prince and heir to the throne, was an inventor. Rayimus asked his son to figure out a way to store air in a manageable package. It took him nearly 2 years , but Tyler did it. He created a " backpack" that could hold air and slowly release it into a mask the user would wear on their face. At the next full

Plasmos, Rayimus launched himself into space and tried his son’s new invention; much to his delight, it worked. In fact, it led Rayimus to discover that he was actually more powerful in space than he ever was on his planet. He then used his newfound power to fly to Plasmos, where he made one of the greatest discoveries of his life, that there was not only life on other planets , but even on their moons. Rayimus then landed on Plasmos and was met by its people. They then escorted him to see their king. Within moments Emperor Rayimus of Flamonia was standing in front of King Henry of Plasmos. Rayimus told Henry who he was and told him to kneel before him as he was the champion of a god while Henry was the champion of a dwarf god. Such a demand infuriated King Henry, so he had his guards force Rayimus into a cell. Now this is when things get a little fuzzy from a historical standpoint because no one knows how long Rayimus decided to sit in that cell. Some believe 1 minute, others 1 hour, some text say he stayed for half the night. To be honest, it doesn’t really matter, because what Rayimus did next would have a rippling effect across the universe for generations to come. Rayimus burst out of the cell and stormed his way into Henry’s throne room. He said, " Did you really think your chains could hold me.

I am a guardian, you are nothing" . Fully infused with the power of plasma, which as its name suggests was coming from the moon itself, Rayimus launched himself into space. He was releasing so much energy that he didn’t even need to worry about air. Rayimus then said, " Witness my true power" . He then manifested a sword of energy and sent a slash toward the moon. Upon contact with this slash, comprised of both fire and plasma energy, Plasmos was destroyed. The Destruction of Plasmos Once Rayimus realized what he had done, he was devastated. He had wiped out an entire kingdom simply because they wouldn’t bow down and worship him. As Rayimus looked through the wreckage of Plasmos, he noticed that there was still one large piece left. He felt that this piece of Plasmos still contained some of it’s energy. In an attempt to stop any other emperor from making his mistake, he launched this piece away into the universe, hoping it would never be seen again. Little did he know, it would show up at key moments in Flamonian history for centuries to come. This large piece of Plasmos flying through the universe would later become known as The Sacred Comet. The Sacred Comet Over the course of a single night, Plasmos completely disappeared. Multiple people noticed a change in the tide activities and weather forecasts soon after. Everyone went to Rayimus asking what he knew of this, but he said nothing.

The only thing that remains of Plasmos is a small temple that sits on an unnamed island on the eastern side of the planet. The temple itself is made of the remains of the moon that Rayimus brought down to the planet’s surface. To this day, no one knows what happened to Plasmos. It’s existence at all is widely debated in modern times. Emperor Rayimus’ destruction of Plasmos is the original source of imbalance in the universe. Though he was deeply saddened by the destruction of Plasmos, Rayimus was very interested in the energy sword that he’d created to destroy the moon. He believed that if he could somehow harness this power, he’d be able to protect his empire from any threat. Rayimus tasked Tyler with designing him a sword that could harness the life force of its user. It is said that within a week, Tyler presented 4 swords to his father: one made of a golden alloy, one made of obsidian, one made of fire crystal, and one made of a unknown combination of materials. Rayimus chose the fourth sword, that proved to not only wield the user's life force, but increase it by a factor of 10. This sword would come to be known as the Sword of Rayimus. Sensei Wu As Roku communed with Infernus more and more, he began to gain a greater understanding on how the universe was created and who else lived in it. He learned that the rest of the universe

was filled with life and had their own powers and stones. Several years after the destruction of Plasmos, the gods warned the elders of a great threat. Roku was forced to tell Rayimus that the ruler of another galaxy, Thanatos of the Dark galaxy, was on his way to kill the guardians and conquer this galaxy using the power of his stone, the Dark Star. He explained that similar to the Stone of Infernus, the other rulers had stones of their own, which allowed for them to weild immense power. Rayimus, who’d forgot about the rogue guardian, wasn’t phased by Roku’s warning, for he had faced several people who had attempted to kill him and steal the Stone of Infernus. Even the King of Plasmos fell to him despite having a stone of his own. Roku then told Rayimus that Thanatos’ stone was on another level. This " Dark Star" wielded the power of a star god, which dwarfed the power of his own stone by a huge margin. The Flamonian Throne Room Despite hearing all this, Rayimus was still unconvinced of the threat of the Rogue Guardian. At that moment, the doors of his throne room flew open and in walked an old man. The man had a long white beard, whore a white and gold suit, and carried a white staff with a large crystal on it’s end. Rayimus yelled, saying " Who do you think you are? I am Emperor Rayimus Flame,

Ruler of Flamonia, and Champion of Infernus." The old man looked at Rayimus and calmly said " My name is Wu. I am here to force you to take the coming threat more seriously." Insulted at the idea that some random man thought he could storm into his throne room and force him to do anything, Rayimus blasted Wu with a fiery tornado that had killed many in the past. When the smoke cleared, the man was gone and Rayimus felt he’d made his point; until he heard Wu’s voice say, " is that all you’ve got, almighty Emperor Rayimus" . Rayimus turned around to see the old man standing right behind him. He blasted Wu again with an attack twice as ferocious, and yet again when the smoke cleared, there stood Wu. Rayimus, filled with frustration, consumed the entire room with a fiery inferno. Through the flames , Rayimus looked for the body of Wu, but what he saw instead defied everything he’d ever believed. There, hovering above the ground was Wu. In a single motion, Wu extinguished the fire and tapped the top of his staff on Rayimus’ chest. Wu then said, " Blast me Rayimus" , to which he replied, " What?" Wu repeated, " Blast me, burn me to a crisp, remind me why I should fear you." Rayimus then attempted to attack Wu, but couldn’t even manage to light up his fist. He yelled " Who are you? What are you?

What did you do to me?" Wu then said " My name is Wu, Elder and Guardian of the Nova Galaxy, and holder of the the Nova Star." Wu then tapped Rayimus’ chest and said , " Now, attack me." Rayimus then blasted Wu with a fireball, which Wu easily dodged. He then said, " Emperor Rayimus, this is what you’re up against. Listen to Elder Roku and prepare for the battle of your life." Wu then turned around, walked out, and shut the doors. Rayimus ran to open them, and saw that the old man had disappeared. A Warrior’s Send Off The day had come. After having his power humbled by Master Wu, Rayimus spent 15 years training his body, mind, and soul in an attempt to increase his power to that of a Star God Guardian. By now he was capable of starting a fire large enough to engulf the entirety of Imus with a thought. Despite this, Rayimus knew it wasn’t enough. He knew that if we were to face the Rogue Guardian today, he would be killed in an instant; a fact that kept him up at night. One night, after finally managing to fall asleep, Rayimus was visited by Naboo, King of Gods. Naboo told Rayimus, " I am impressed. Each of the 5 planetary gods picked a champion, and each of these champions have trained for the coming battle differently, but none of them have reached your level.

To be honest, they aren’t even close. That is why I want you to lead them. I’ve told the elders of the other planets to relay this command to the other rulers." . Rayimus said, " I’m honored your majesty, but I don’t think that is a good idea. I am far too weak to fight the likes of a Star God Guardian." Naboo then said, " Yes, you are; that is why I have two gifts for you." Naboo then gave Rayimus a glimpse of an armor, one capable of withstanding attacks from even the most powerful individuals. Naboo then showed Rayimus a technique that allowed him to release his god, Infernus, from the stone and wield his power. He said " This technique was created by my original champion. They used it to release the energy within themself and plant the seeds of life throughout the universe." Rayimus spent the whole night learning and practicing this immensely powerful technique. Naboo then explained " Rayimus, this power comes at a great cost. If you want to perform the technique, you must trade your life" . At that moment, he was woken up by Elder Roku. Roku told Rayimus that the rogue Champion was 2 weeks away. It’s said that Rayimus went down to his son’s workshop and spent 13 days crafting Naboo’s armor by hand. On the 14th day, he emerged from the workshop. He went to the main

hall of his palace, where his wife and kids were waiting to send him off. His wife, Queen Brianna, told him " I love you, now please return to us. Return to me. Return to your family. Return to your empire." She then kissed him, as he walked toward their children. Rayimus then said to them " Tyler, my son, you’ve become everything I hoped you’d be and more. Your mind is more powerful than any stone or sword that exists. Protect this family and protect this empire. Sarah, my little princess, you are the kindest soul I have ever known. No matter what happens, no matter how dark the nights get, or how strong our enemies become, don’t loose yourself ." Roku then looked at him and said, " Ray, it’s time to go" . At that moment, Elder Roku used his stone to open a portal, which he and Rayimus proceeded to walk through; and in a flash of light, they were gone. The First Battle of Utopia Rayimus opened his eyes and found himself in a lush green forest. He picked up Roku and they began to explore the area. After walking for a while, they stumbled across two metal men. As they prepared to battle, Rayimus reached to draw his sword and was stunned. He then realized that he hadn’t brought his sword. He lit up his fist when one of the metal men said " who are you

and what are you doing in this sacred land" . Rayimus then said, " I am Emperor Rayimus Flame of Flamonia, and this is Elder Roku. We were sent here by Naboo to fight the Rogue Guardian, Thanatos." One if the metal men then said, " I am Sirus Prime of Freezonia, and this is Elder Akoda. We were sent here to fight Thanatos" . This revelation caused everyone to lower their weapons. The four men continued to traverse the forest where they eventually ran into Lord Aang and Elder Chen of Vortexia as well as James and Elder Orion of Earth. In the stillness of the moon of Utopia, five rulers stood in a vast, luminous clearing, their eyes fixed on a dark figure that loomed before them. Thanatos, the evil god of destruction, stepped forward, his form cloaked in swirling shadows, the pale light of distant stars reflecting ominously off his body. He sneered at the assembled rulers, each representing a different elemental force. King Wu raised his hands, emerald light crackling between his fingers. Next to him, Emperor Rayimus, clenched his fists, embers flickering around his body. Lord Sirius Prime, summoned frost from the air, a chill radiating off his pale blue armor. Lord Aang, floated gracefully above the ground, winds swirling around him like an ethereal dance. Guardian James, stood tall and resolute, the ground beneath him rumbling as he prepared to strike. The god spoke, his voice dripping with malice.

" You think your petty powers can stand against me? You are nothing but mortals, and I am eternal." Without hesitation, the rulers launched their attack. King Wu fired the first blast, a beam of green energy shooting toward Thanatos. It struck the god square in the chest, sending him stumbling back. Emperor Rayimus followed, unleashing a torrent of flames that engulfed the god in a blazing inferno. But Thanatos merely laughed, stepping through the fire with a dark grin." You’ll have to do better than that!" he taunted. Lord Sirius Prime's ice shot forward, encasing Thanatos in a thick glacier of ice. The god struggled momentarily, but with a flick of his wrist, shattered the ice into a million pieces. Lord Aang summoned a powerful whirlwind, sending the shards of ice flying like deadly blades, but Thanatos shielded himself with dark energy, deflecting them.With a mighty roar, Guardian James slammed his fists into the ground, causing massive stone pillars to erupt from the lunar surface, crashing down toward Thanatos. The god dodged the first few strikes, but a particularly massive one caught him in the side, sending him skidding across the moon's surface. The rulers pressed their advantage, attacking in unison. Green energy beams, fire blasts, shards of ice, gusts of wind, and massive rocks bombarded Thanatos from every angle. The god, overwhelmed by their combined strength, staggered, his dark aura flickering." You dare wound me?" Thanatos growled, clutching his side. Suddenly, his body began to twist and morph.

Dark scales erupted from his skin, his limbs grew longer, and wings unfurled from his back. His eyes burned with a violet fury as he transformed into a monstrous black and purple dragon. The ground shook as he let out a deafening roar, his tail whipping through the air with destructive force." Now you face true power!" the dragon roared, and with a swipe of his claws, sent a wave of dark energy crashing toward the rulers. The rulers barely managed to shield themselves. King Wu's energy blast met the dark wave head-on, creating a blinding explosion of green and black light. Guardian James raised a massive wall of earth to protect them, but the force of the god-dragon’s power shattered it." We can’t hold him much longer." Lord Sirius Prime muttered, frost forming at the corners of his lips as he struggled to maintain his icy defense. Emperor Rayimus, his flames burning brighter than ever, gritted his teeth, " There’s only one way, remember our conversation Wu." he said gravely. King Wu nodded. " Our lives… to seal him." The rulers exchanged a final glance of understanding. They knew what had to be done. Each of them began to glow with their respective elemental energy—green, red, blue, white, and orange. They channeled all their life force, their very essence, into one final, devastating attack. The energies converged, forming a brilliant sphere of light above them, swirling with the power of all five elements.

Thanatos, sensing the danger, lunged forward, but it was too late. With a shout, the rulers unleashed the energy. The light exploded outward, enveloping Thanatos in a blinding storm of elemental power. The dragon thrashed and roared, but the light constricted around him, forming a glowing cage of energy that sealed him within. As the dragon struggled, his form began to shrink, the black and purple scales fading, the mighty wings folding in. Being the sister of Roku, and the former Princess of the Phoenix Kingdom, Queen Brianna had seen Rayimus fight and win battles against men and beasts of unimaginable power. She reassured her children that this rogue guardian was simply the latest name on a long list of people who wanted to kill their father. Crowned Prince Tyler sealed himself in his workshop. Rather than stressing over his father’s fate, he focused on trying to understand the portal that his father walked through. He believed that if the portal could be recreated, preferably without the use of magic, then it would be possible to explore other planets. Despite his reputation of being a fierce warrior like his father, Tyler was a kind soul who wanted to explore and understand the universe. He never understood why Flamonian culture had to be so focused on violence and war. Princess Sarah started planning a celebration for when her father returned. She had never seen her father lose a fight, no matter the size or strength of the opponent. She shared her mother’s belief that Rayimus would return soon. The third day started like any other.

Crowned Prince Tyler woke up and went to his workshop. As he worked, his father's last words echoed through his mind, " Tyler, my son, you’ve become everything I hoped you’d be and more. Your mind is more powerful than any stone or sword that exists. Protect this family and protect this empire." Just as the words faded, Sarah burst into his workshop. She said cheerfully, " Tyler, Tyler, Roku’s back" . Tyler rushed to the main hall, full of excitement and happiness. However, when he opened the door, he was met with the sad faces of his mother and sister. He rushed to their sides and asked Roku, " What is the meaning of this? " . Roku then reached into his robe and pulled out the Flamonian Planetary Stone and said, " I’m sorry my boy." Tyler yelled, " That’s impossible. My father was indestructible. No one in this universe can even remotely compare to his power." " You’re right." Roku replied. " Your father was extremely powerful, but he met his match. He died to ensure that everyone and everything he cared about would live. Tyler, it’s your time now." Later that day, the empire held a funeral for Emperor Rayimus. They buried his body in the same forest where he’d established his rule. To this day, that forest is known as the Forest of Rayimus. Not long after, a formal coronation ceremony was held and Emperor Tyimus took the

throne as the second Emperor of the Royal Flamonian Empire. The Eternal Flame As Emperor, Tyimus’ first act was to create a monument to his father. He had a grand torch made and placed a pink crystal into it. When asked where the crystal came from, Tyimus said, " This is a piece of my father’s greatest mistake. It will forever burn as a reminder that even chaos, like the action that created this crystal, can be purified by a strong flame." After moving the monument to the site of his father's tomb, Emperor Tyimus lit the torch. To ensure its safety and sanctity, Tyimus had Elder Roku seal on the entrance to the forest, only allowing it to reveal his father’s tomb when the stone was near. That monument is modernly referred to as the Eternal Flame. The Eternal Flame The Flame Titan For years, Tyimus struggled with the thought of an enemy, strong enough to kill his father, invading Flamonia. Roku did his best to convince him that Thanatos was gone for good, but his promises fell on deaf ears. Tyimus decided to construct a warrior the size of a building, loaded with every weapon imaginable. He figured that if and when an enemy attacks, this Flame titan could finish the fight if he couldn’t. Once the titan’s body was finished, Emperor Tyimus prayed to Infernus, begging for him to infuse the weapon with his godly powers. Despite this, Tyimus received no answer.

For 20 days, Emperor Tyimus would pray, asking Infernus to give him the power to protect his father’s empire, but he would never get an answer. One night, as he was falling asleep, Tyimus sensed a great power. All of a sudden he was in a dark corridor, lined with torches leading to a door. When the Emperor opened the door, he was shocked to see the face of Infernus. He quickly bowed and said, " Thank you my lord. I was beginning to wonder if you were hearing all my prayers. I humbly ask that you…" . Infernus roared, " Silence. You call yourself an Emperor, but you grovel at my feet. You call yourself a warrior but you beg for what you want. If you want me to grant your wish, you must beat me in a duel, however, the cost of losing this duel is your life and the lives of your family." Tyimus said, " Please Infernus, I do not wish to fight you, all I want is the power to protect my father’s empire." At that moment, Infernus blasted Tyimus, launching him into the wall. It is said that when Tyimus rose, he and Infernus started a fight that shook Flamonia to it’s core. Despite his great strength, when the dust settled, Tyimus laid defeated beneath Infernus’ feet. " You seek more power? You just went toe to toe with a god.

The fact that you weren’t killed within seconds shows that you are more than strong enough to rule and protect your empire." Infernus said as he help Tyimus to his feet. " I am not the warrior my father was" said Tyimus. At that moment, the ferocious god that Tyimus had been fighting, revealed his true form. Tyimus couldn’t believe his eyes when Infernus, the God of Flamonia, revealed himself to be his father, Rayimus Flame. " Father you’re live" , Tyimus exclaimed. " I knew that no one could kill you." " You are wrong my son" Rayimus said. " The battle with Thanatos did take my life. However, for my service, Naboo allowed me to become Infernus, and claim the title of God of Flamonia. You see, you wield my power everyday. You are more than strong enough to rule. My time has passed, Flamonia is yours now. Don’t waste your life worrying about an enemy that hasn’t shown itself. The best thing you can do is live your life, protect your people, and rule your empire. And when someone dares to challenge you, remind them why you sit on the throne." Tyimus opened his eyes to find one of his servants shaking him. As he rose, the servant said " My emperor, your titan has awakened" . Tyimus rushed to the courtyard to find a fully operational Flame Titan, ready and waiting for orders from its emperor. The Flame Titan The Alteans

With a new understanding of life, Tyimus tasked his people with building a large ship, capable of traversing the harsh seas of the planet. Two years later, the ship was finished and named Destiny’s Bounty. Tyimus would later explain that this ship’s name came from it’s purpose. It was a tool that would allow him to achieve his destiny of exploring his world. He set off, with a 50-man crew and 300 soldiers, leaving his sister Sarah as the interim Empress of Flamonia. Destiny’s Bounty The seas of Flamonia were just as monstrous as their reputation suggested, so Tyimus and his crew felt like they were more than ready for what was coming. But they couldn’t have been more wrong. Two months into the expedition they laid anchor on an island northwest of Imus. Using landing craft, Tyimus and 25 of his men landed on the beach. They were impressed by the lush vegetation and the exotic flora and fauna. Tyimus instructed half his men to collect as many samples as they could fit and take them back to the ship. He then instructed five of his men to accompany him into the forest and for the remaining men to secure the beach. As Tyimus moved through the forest, he became more and more intrigued by the island. He noticed that there weren’t any animals or people on this island, however, he did sense a being of great power in the area.

As he continued to look around, Tyimus heard a thunderous roar and watched as one of his men were burned to a crisp, and two more were snatched as the gigantic titan-wing fire dragon launched itself into the air. Tyimus and his remaining men continued toward the center of the forest when they stumbled upon three eggs. They were confident that they weren’t dragon eggs, due to their small size and relatively fragile appearance. As they approached the eggs, they began to notice an abundance of twigs, sticks, and logs. One of the men stepped on a twig and out of nowhere came a young adult Phoenix. It set itself ablaze and waved its fiery wings at the men. While both his soldiers were killed, Tyimus managed to seek shelter behind a large crystal. As the Phoenix approached, Tyimus attempted to light up his fist but was shocked to discover that he couldn’t. He also noticed that as the Phoenix approached the crystal, its fire began to wane. Tyimus deduced that somehow this crystal was nullifying the elemental energy in this area. He broke a large shard of the crystal and launched himself at the Phoenix, plunging it deep into the heart of the mighty beast. Tyimus made his way back to the beach where he told his men to send word to Imus and tell the Empire that this Island is off limits because it is the nesting ground for mystic beasts. He decided not to mention the strange

null stone, a decision that would haunt his family for generations to come. Despite his losses, Tyimus chose to continue on his journey. He and his crew sailed east until they reached what is modernly referred to as the Sea of Johnimus. After 4 grueling months at sea, the Bounty’s crew had whittled down to 3 men and 10 soldiers. Tyimus’ spirit was nearly broken. Despite all the discoveries he’d made, he wasn’t sure that they were worth the men that were lost to get them. One night, the Bounty drifted into an enormous storm. Tyimus and his crew did everything they could to guide the ship out of the hellish storm, but ultimately they were fighting nature, and nature won. A huge tidal wave slammed against the ship, knocking Tyimus as well as half the crew overboard. The remaining crew members spent weeks searching the vast oceans, hoping to find a clue to the fate of the emperor. Vivian of Altea Tyimus woke up in a damp, undersea cave. At his side, was a beautiful woman, with long flowing black hair, and eyes the color of the ocean that had just swallowed him up. Tyimus was so taken by her beauty, that he hadn’t realized that she had blue skin. " Who are you? What are you?" Tyimus said. " I am Vivian of Altea. What is you name?" she replied. " I am Tyimus Flame, Emperor of the Royal Flamonian Empire." "Flamonia?" Vivian said.

" That is quite a funny name" she giggled. Tyimus, infuriated with the idea that this random person would disrespect his empire, lit his fist and stood up. "Wow. How is that possible? Are you a master of elemental magic? That’s incredible" Vivian said. "Magic? No. I am the emperor" Tyimus replied. " My father was touched by Infernus and given his extraordinary power. It is now the responsibility of my family to protect this planet and all who call it home." Moved by his words, Vivian asked Tyimus to follow her as she jumped out of the cave and into the depths. While he was hesitant at first, Tyimus jumped and was surprised to find out that not only could he breathe underwater, but the water was guiding him toward the bottom of a huge undersea trench. Tyimus surmised that his stone must be responsible for all the strange aspects of this water, but he couldn’t figure out what made these waters so special. Before he could wrap his head around it, he was pulled into another cave system, thousands of miles below the surface. He turned to find Vivian, who turned to him, with a huge smile on her face and said " Welcome to Altea." Altea Standing before him was a grand city twice the size of Imus. Tyimus was overwhelmed with the idea of a society of this size and magnitude hiding under the waves. " As you might have

guessed, the Alteans are ocean-dwelling elves" . " So this is it huh?" Tyimus said. " The Wave Elf Kingdom. My father told me stories about this place. He said the people of this kingdom were strong warriors who were gifted in the mystic arts. He somehow managed to leave out how beautiful the people are." Vivian smiled, " Let me take you to the palace. I’m sure the Queen would love to meet you" she said. Before long they were standing in front of Queen Jasmine of Altea. " Who is this outsider that you’ve brought before me? Where are his chains?" " His name is Tyimus, but I call him Tyler" Vivian said. " Tyimus? Young man, do you have any relation to Emperor Rayimus Flame of Flamonia" asked the Queen. " Yes, he was his father. Due to his death, Tyler has taken his father’s place on the throne" replied Vivian. With a quick gesture, 25 Altean soldiers swarmed the throne room and surrounded them. " What is the meaning of this ?" yelled Tyimus. " Your father visited us 50 years ago. We accepted him with open arms, sharing our knowledge and resources. All was well until he turned to my mother, Queen Makayla, and asked her to bow to him. He said that as the guardian and ruler of this planet, our kingdom belonged to him. After my mother refused, he lit his fist and began to destroy our palace. When he was done, the

palace had been burnt to a crisp and my mother was dead. We call it the Attack of the Blazing Demon. I will not allow history to repeat itself. You will pay for your father’s crimes. Guards seize him!" As the guards lunged toward him, Tyimus sent a flaming shockwave that knocked everyone off their feet. He then drew his sword, set it ablaze, and turned toward the queen. Just as he was going to attack her, he turned to Vivian to find horror in her eyes. " Did you know? " she cried. " My grandfather was killed in that fire. His death caused my family to fall apart. Tell me, did you know?" . " Of course not!" Tyimus pleaded. " I knew nothing of this place, let alone that my father attacked you. I love you Vivian. I would never do anything to hurt you or anyone you care about. Everything I do, I do to protect my people." Tyimus put away his sword and grabbed Vivian’s hand. " I love you, and I want you to come back with me. I want you to be my wife." Vivian looked up and kissed him. " I believe you Tyimus." " Unbelievable!!" screamed Queen Jasmine. " You would dare marry him. You would side with the demon over your own kind; over your grandfather" . " Yes." Vivian replied. " Fine then, you are banished from this kingdom" screamed the Queen.

" You are to never return to this place. Leave us at once." They managed to get back to the surface, where they found the Bounty. As the crew pulled them up, the crew rejoiced. Tyimus, in misbelief of their luck, asked " How are you here? How did you guys know I’d be here today?" Roku then came from below deck and said " I guided them. I see you brought a friend." . " This is Vivian, Roku. She is to be my wife." As he turned to look at her, Tyimus was mystified to see that her blue skin had turned pale. He rushed to her and asked, " What happened to you? Why is your skin normal?" " The pressure down in the depths of Altea is what turns my skin that color" she replied. " Tyler, you must to come home now." Roku said. " In the months that you’ve been gone, Sarah has lost her way." Princess Sarah Since her Father’s death, Princess Sarah had been in a deep depression, which only got worse after her mother passed away. All she had left was her brother, but even he had left her. She found that her new power did nothing to fix her mental state. No one she spoke too cared about her. They only listened because they were required too. Three months into her brother’s expedition, Sarah found herself walking through the palace at night. She had made this her nightly ritual.

The calm and quiet atmosphere of the palace during this time was almost enough to lift her spirits. However, this night was special. Tonight was the 15 year anniversary of her father leaving to fight Thanatos. As she walked the halls, she couldn’t help but cry. She missed her father dearly and would give anything to see him one last time. Then she heard a whisper, " Don’t cry my little princess." Sarah looked around and screamed, " Father is that you." She began to feel something. It was trying to get her to follow it. After following the feeling, she ended up in the main hall, at precisely the same spot where she’d last seen her father. The whisper returned, saying " Don’t worry my child, I am at peace. Please, move on with your life, don’t let my death be yours as well." Sarah screamed, " No Father, I will find you. I can’t live without you. Everyone else has moved on, pretending like you never existed, but not me. If it’s the last thing I do, I will bring you back us." With more determination than ever, Sarah had Flamonia’s greatest minds look through Tyimus’ notes. Armed with her brother’s notes and all of Flamonia’s resources, she spent the next year building a gateway. She intended to use it on the next anniversary, believing that’s when her father’s spirit was closest. Other Flamonian leaders were concerned with Sarah’s obsession.

They sent word to Tyimus, begging him to return and stop his sister, for she had gone mad. Sarah’s Arch The night had come. It was quiet and peaceful, as it always was. There in the main hall, stood a golden arch fixed with chi crystals running down its beams and a large fire crystal at the top. Sarah brought her father’s sword, the sword of Rayimus, believing that if it enhanced her father’s power, perhaps it could increase hers and open the portal. Sarah proceeded to blast a huge fireball at the fire crystal at the top of the arch, and it began to glow. Then, she focused all her energy into the Sword of Rayimus and swung it within the arch. To her amazement, it worked, a portal had in fact opened. However, she had noticed that it wasn’t like she remembered. Rather than being a bright light, it was dark, with a subtle crimson rim around it. At that moment Tyimus and Roku burst into the hall. Tyimus yelled, " Sarah, what are you doing." " I’m going to get father" she replied. Roku said, " Your father is dead Sarah. Please step away from that thing. It isn’t a portal and it won’t take you to a place you want to go. I can take you to your father. Please, step away." Sarah looked at Roku and began to move away from the weird portal.

But then she yelled " Lier, if you could take me to him, you would have. You saw how sad we were. If you’d taken us, perhaps Mother would still be alive." " He’s not lying Sarah." Tyimus said. " I’ve spoken to Father. Roku can take you to him" . " You’ve spoken to him!" she screamed. " Then you know he’s alive, and you’ve left him alone all these years. What kind of son are you. To not do everything for your father." " This isn’t what he would want." Tyimus said. " He wants us to live our lives" . " Lier, Lier, you are both liars! I will ask him myself." Sarah then ran into the portal and it faded away. Tyimus yelled her name, but there was no answer. " Roku, where did she go?" Tyimus asked. " I don’t know." Roku responded. " That portal was nothing like the portals the elders make. She could be anywhere or nowhere. I must report this to the council." Tyimus fell to his knees and began to cry. He was alone. His whole family was dead. Was this the destiny his father spoke of? Was he destined to be alone forever? Vivian ran in to find Tyimus on his knees with tears rolling down his cheeks. He told her what had happened and she couldn’t believe it. " You don’t have to worry." she said. " I will always be here for you.

I kind of have to, we both know I can’t go home" . Tyimus looks up at her, his spirit lifted by her sentiments. Tyimus married Vivian and they had three children: Bolin, Mako, and Chloe. Glowing Green Eyes Tyimus would rule for many years, gaining a reputation that rivaled his father’s. His immense power and ferocity during battle were why Sensei Wu and King James, the ruler of Olympus, came to him when they needed to save the King’s fiancé, Queen Victoria of Jade. For one reason or another, the goddess Jade was taking over Queen Victoria, corrupting her body and taking her mind. Tyimus was confident that the new weapon he’d been working on would be able to defeat the goddess. It was a variation of the elemental sword that he’d been making for his father. This weapon would come to be known as The Star Saber. He promised that he’d have it done by morning, and they would put an end to this threat once and for all. Little did they know, the goddess was listening to them, having heard the story of Rayimus destroying Plasmos, she worried that she would be next. The goddess sent her disciples to Flamonia. The assassins slid into the palace, hiding in the shadows and killing anyone who spotted them. Before long they made it to Tyimus’ bedroom. As they opened the door, they were greeted by a blast that burned the head off one of them.

Tyimus flung the door open, charging at the assassins, pulling his sword and slicing two more of them at the waist. Alarmed by all the noise, Queen Vivian woke up in a frenzy to find her husband dueling 10 assassins. As she rushed to help him, Tyimus slammed the door shut and yelled " Stay back my darling. I’ll handle this." Tyimus flung three more out the window and burned six more to a crisp. The last assassin, concerned that they wouldn’t survive a fight with Tyimus alone, asked Jade to give them the strength to kill her foe. At that moment, the assassin’s eyes began to glow dark green and they blasted Tyimus, sending him flying into his throne room. The assassin walked up to Tyimus, who was lying on the ground, barely strong enough to stay awake. They raised their hands, summoned a large blade made of pure jade, and plunged it into Tyimus’ chest. Just then Vivian and her children ran into the throne room to find the assassin standing over Tyimus. They were frozen with fear when they saw the assassin's glowing green eyes. Then, in a flash of light, the assassin was gone. Vivian went to her husband and fell to her knees. " Please, don’t leave me!!" she screamed. " We are not ready to live without you.” " I’m sorry." Tyimus said in a weak voice. " I’m sure you’ll find a way. Besides, we both know you have

nowhere else to go." Tyimus’ voice faded, as he closed his eyes and said, " Goodbye my love." The Flamonian Planetary stone appeared above Tyimus’ head, and disappeared. Quote " This is a piece of my father’s greatest mistake. It will forever burn as a reminder that even chaos, like the action that created this crystal, can be purified by a strong flame." —Emperor Tyimus Tyimus’ Royal Family Queen Vivian Prince Bolin Tyimus’ Gallery Queen Jasmine King James of Olympus Emperor Makimus I (2020-2040) The death of Emperor Tyimus left Flamonia in a state of shock. It was hard for anyone to believe that foreign soldiers had assassinated the emperor. As a show of respect, all businesses closed and all military activities worldwide ceased for 3 days. This was a parallel to the 3 days that the royal family waited for Emperor Rayimus to return. This would become the ritual for all future Emperors. Upon the death of a ruler, the entire planet would shut down for 3 days. In modern times, this is referred to as the Three Days of Mourning. The First Agni Kai At the end of the final day of mourning, Elder Roku came to Queen Vivian. When she saw him she screamed with anger, " Where were you? Why weren’t you here? If you had been here by your Emperor’s side, instead of out there doing Infernus knows what, maybe he’d still be alive." A tear rolled down Roku’s face. " I understand your frustration.

I promised his father to help and guide him through his rule, and I failed to do that. As harsh as it sounds, we must choose his successor. Do you know if Tyimus had chosen someone?" " No." she said. " Considering that Bolin and Mako were only a year apart, I don’t think that age should be the only factor. While Bolin is more powerful, he lacks focus and a tactical mind. Mako is extremely intelligent and is a strong warrior, but he lacks the strength to make hard decisions." " Then there is only one way to decide who should rule" Roku replied. " They will duel tomorrow. The winner gets the throne and the stone." This duel would come to be known as the Agni Kai Coronation Ceremony and is practiced to this day. Roku went to the boys and told them his decision. Despite a bit of resistance from Bolin, who’d thought that the throne was his birthright, the boys agreed to Roku’s terms and began to prep for the duel. The next day, Roku brought the whole family to the Eternal Flame. He told them that this would be purely a sword duel because Rayimus didn’t use powers to get his throne, he used his sword skills. Roku then asked each of the boys to step forward, as he tapped their chest with his staff. Bolin was the first to notice that his elemental powers were gone. He yelled " What?

What did you do to me old man?" " I took your powers away. As I told you, Rayimus didn’t have elemental powers to get the throne. All he had was his mind and his sword. If you need more than that you win, then you don’t deserve to be the Emperor." " When I win," Bolin snarkily replied, " I will be making some changes. At the top of the list will be replacing Flamonia’s elder." As Queen Vivian and Princess Chloe looked on, the princes took their places and set their stances, and Roku said " Begin" . Bolin made the first move, lunging toward Mako and swinging his katana toward his torso. Mako managed to avoid the attack and clash swords with his brother. Mako tried to resist his brother, but Bolin’s strength was quickly overwhelming him. " This is it for you brother, I will remember you fondly. Father wanted me to rule. I am twice the man you are, and I’ll be three times the Emperor you would have been." Bolin said as he smirked. At that comment, a fire within Mako was ignited. He broke away from the clash and swung his katana. As Bolin raised his sword to block Mako’s swing, he watched in horror as his sword shattered like glass. Mako swiftly slashed both his brother’s arms and legs, leaving deep cuts. Bolin dropped to the ground in pain, looking up at Mako as he walked over. Mako placed

his katana on Bolin’s throat, " No brother, you can’t do this! I surrender! Spare me!" Bolin said. " That's enough." Roku said. He tapped Bolin’s chest, causing his wounds to heal and his powers to return. He did the same to Mako and said " Bow before Emperor Makimus, ruler of Flamonia.” The Destruction of Jade Makimus didn’t get the chance to rest or celebrate his victory. The day after his coronation, a portal opened in his throne room and he was greeted by the sight of a familiar face, Sensei Wu. Makimus’ face quickly turned sour when he saw King James of Olympus step out of the portal as well. " Greetings Emperor Makimus, our deepest condolences for your father." Wu said. " Why did you bring him here Wu, it was one of his people who killed my father!" replied Makimus. " Emperor Makimus, I can assure you that we had nothing to do with your father's death." answered James. " You come to my home and lie. You’re lucky I don’t kill you where you stand. The assassin who took my father's life had glowing green eyes and used a green weapon that he summoned from thin air. The only beings capable of such things are stone wielders!" Makimus said sharply. Wu stepped forward and bowed, " The assassins were from Jade, the moon that we asked Emperor Tyimus to destroy. It stands to reason that the dwarf goddess of

the moon, Jade, sent those assassins to kill your father with the hopes of saving herself. I understand that you have no reason to help us, and I’d understand if you blamed us for your father’s death, but we need you. Please Emperor Makimus, lend us your strength and help us defeat this foe." Makimus was moved seeing the great Sensei Wu bow to him, a newly crowned ruler. He knew that as the Emperor, it fell to him to protect Flamonia’s pride. " I’ll do it." Makimus said. " Great." replied James. " Your father mentioned that he was working on a weapon capable of destroying Jade, was he able to finish it?" " No. However, I might have a solution." said Makimus. He walked over to a stand that was displaying his grandfather’s sword, the Sword of Rayimus. Makimus picked up the sword and told Wu to open the portal. When the three men walked through the portal, they found a calm Olympian night. James pointed at the smallest moon in the night sky and said, " That’s your target" . Makimus closed his eyes and raised his sword. He began channeling his power, rage, and sorrow into the sword. Just then Queen Victoria stormed out of the palace. She charged at Makimus but was caught off guard by a thunderous bolt of green energy from James. " You’re a fool to believe that you can destroy me." Victoria said.

" I am the almighty Jade, I refuse to be beaten by weak mortals." She summoned a large green blade and lunged toward James. As she started swinging, she was shocked at his speed. He dodged every attack like he knew what was coming. James launched himself into the air and blasted a powerful bolt of energy at Victoria. However, she used her sword to deflect it, sending the bolt right back at James, knocking him out of the sky. As Victoria stood over James, raising her sword above his head, she felt an immense source of elemental power. She turned to see Makimus’ sword glowing as he swung it at her moon. She watched in horror as an enormous red slash flew through the air and slammed into Jade, destroying it on impact. As Makimus turned around, Jade noticed that his eyes were glowing. " You may have won this time, but I will return." Jade said as her voice faded away. The Destruction of Jade Makimus helped James to his feet, " You’re tougher than you look pretty boy." James smirked at the comment, " I can’t thank you enough. You’ve released my wife from her curse." Wu appeared out of nowhere, ushering Makimus through a portal and taking him back home. Makimus’ destruction of Jade was seen as the greatest show of strength on a universal scale until Ursimus' conquest of the universe. Similar to the destruction of Plasmos, the destruction of

Jade is one of the original sources of imbalance in the universe. However, unlike the destruction of Plasmos, the effects of Jade’s destruction would torment Flamonia for generations to come. The Cleanse It wasn’t long before whispers of Makimus’ role in the destruction of Jade reached the Flamonian public. Most were ecstatic at the idea of their emperor being able to destroy worlds, as they’d been worried that Makimus wasn’t strong enough for the throne, but this had proven them wrong. Despite this, some still didn’t believe that Makimus was worthy of the throne. In fact, they wanted to see the Flame family as a whole removed from the palace. A movement, largely made up of the remnants of the other 3 kingdoms, had formed and began attacking different parts of the capital. They burned homes to the ground and defaced monuments of the former emperors. While Makimus attempted to solve the conflicts peacefully, believeing that it was far to early in his reign to start roasting people alive, he couldn’t ignore when they stormed the palace. They broke through the gate and stormed through the palace doors. The palace guards were quickly overwhelmed by the huge amount of attackers. They made their way to Makimus’ throne room, where they found him waiting for them. They all surrounded him, screaming slurs and obscenities at him as he stared at them. " What do you want from me!" Makimus yelled.

" We want an worthy ruler" yelled a member of the crowd. " Flamonia deserves a warrior, not a naive kid who doesn’t have the sense to kill the people who attacked his palace. Your father would have killed us all, simply for touching the palace gate." " Your right." Makimus said as he began to smirk. " The crimes you all have commited are unforgivable. And considering that we Flamonians don’t really believe in taking prisoners, there is only one way to solve this problem." Makimus turned to the man that had yelled at him, setting him on fire with a glance. Then, in one swift motion, he set the room on fire. Many say that Makimus’ attack was a direct parallel to the one that Rayimus used to force the kingdoms to bow, the only difference is that Makimus didn’t leave any survivors. The Valkyries As mentioned, Flamonia was originally made up of 4 kingdoms. While most remember Emperor Rayimus and the Dragon Kingdom, The Pheonix Kingdom was also an extremely influential power at the time. While many believed that they worshiped Phoenixes, the mystic beast, they actually worshiped what they referred to as " Flaming Angels" . Generations of explorers searched the planet hoping to find the mystical home of the beautiful angels. The Valkyrian Capital Spearheaded by Princess Chloe, daughter of Tyimus, they managed to track down the hidden society. Upon discovering their civilization, Chloe called for Makimus so they could properly

greet the leaders of these great people. While he was skeptical at first, considering that his father and grandfather had pretty bad luck when it came to setting up relations with other groups, he was pleasantly surprise by the warm greeting from Queen Sofia. " It is nice to see you again Queen Sofia." Chloe said. " This is my brother, Emperor Makimus Flame, the third ruler of the Royal Flamonian Empire." " Emperor Makimus, we are humbled that you would take time to meet with us." said Queen Sofia. " I hope you can forgive our rather secretive nature. We’ve heard stories about your grandfather, Emperor Rayimus, destroying societies and didn’t want to risk contact." " There is no need to apologize, Makimus said. " I can definitely understand your fears. I’ve never been a fan of what my family has done in the past." " Despite that, rumors say that you just destroyed a moon in Olympian orbit." replied Queen Sofia. " That makes me believe that you share more in common with your predecessors than you are willing to believe. Regardless, I want to ensure that my people are always protected, so I am prepared to offer you something of great importance to me, and in exchange, you will offer protection for my people." " What did you have in mind?" replied Makimus. " I will offer the hand of either of my daughters for you to marry. I will even name your fiance my successor, granting

you direct control of us." said Queen Sofia. Out of nowhere the door of the throne room flew open and in walked Princess Angela, the oldest of the queen’s daughters. " Mother, they said you summoned me." Angela said snarkily. " Do you have any idea what time it is. No one wakes up in the middle of the day. What is so important anyway?" Just then, Angela turned around to see Makimus. " Who are you?" she asked. " He is the reason I summoned you. This is Emperor Makimus Flame, champion of Infernus and ruler of this planet." said Queen Sofia. " Assuming he is interested, I’ve offered him your hand in marriage." " Marriage!" yelled Angela. " What do you mean? I am only 22 years old. I can’t get married yet. In fact, I refuse to get married." Due to all the commotion, Makimus hadn’t noticed that his sister had snuck out of the throne room. Chloe had formed a friendship with Queen Sofia’s youngest daughter, Princess Lucy. When Chloe first discovered the Valkyries, Lucy was the first person she met. They quickly became friends due to their shared love of nature. " Marriage? My mother really wants me to marry your brother." Lucy asked. " Yes." Chloe replied. " We could be sisters. Wouldn’t that be fun? You could move to the palace and we could spend every day messing around. You don’t have to worry, my brother is a nice guy.

He is really sweet, and almost never looses his temper." " You do see why that’s hard to believe right?" Lucy replied. " Your family, including your brother, is known for wiping out kingdoms and destroying celestial bodies." " Just come meet him" Chloe said. She grabbed Lucy's arm and pulled her into the throne room. They arrived to see Angela storming out. As Lucy entered the throne room, she was caught off guard by Makimus. This wasn’t the monster she had heard about. She blushed as there eyes met. " Hello Emperor Makimus, I am Princess Lucy." Makimus was caught off guard by the beauty of Lucy. As he looked at her, he couldn’t help but smile. At that moment, he knew that she was going to be his wife. As the two stared into each other's eyes, Queen Sofia and Chloe shared a devilish grin, as they knew that a wedding wouldn’t be far. It didn’t take long for the couple to announce their engagement, which sent shockwaves through the empire. While there were plenty of Flamonians who weren’t happy with their emperor marrying such a creature, the person who was the most upset about their engagement was Lucy’s older sister Angela. Right after their announcement, she stormed into her mother’s chambers screaming, " Mother, how could you let this happen. Lucy is not fit to be the Queen of Flamonia. She is nothing but a child. She still plays with flowers. The emperor deserves a

mature wife, someone capable of ruling by his side." " Sorry, but that’s not my choice." replied Sofia. " The heart wants what the heart wants, or in this case, what it doesn’t want. And as far as Lucy not being a worthy partner, that will all be taken care of when I name her my successor." " What!" Angela screamed. " That is my birth right. Why are you letting her take everything from me? What is with your favoritism?" " My child, this isn't’ favoritism, this is survival. Emperor Makimus needed a queen, and it wasn’t good enough that she was a princess. You have to remember that we’ve been hiding, so we have no recognition from the outside world. That is why I had to make her a queen. Hopefully that is enough to make them except us." Angela, fuming with rage, bust into Lucy’s room, where she found Lucy and Chloe picking out dresses for the wedding. Angela pushed her sister off the stool and grabbed her by the neck. " You think you can take what’s mine" , she screamed. " You think that you’re special or something, cause you’re not! You’re nothing but some childish whore that the emperor will play with til he gets bored." As Angela raised her fist, Chloe lunged at her, knocking her off her feet. They wrestled across the floor as Lucy yelled for help. Just as Angela got the upperhand, Lucy jumped on her sister’s back.

The two attempted to double team Angela, but fell short when she through Lucy off her back and into a mirror. Chloe rushed to her friend, vigorously checking to make sure she was ok. She was so consumed with Lucy's health, that the two of them hadn’t noticed Angela standing above them with one of the shards from the broken mirror. They turned to see Angela raising it above their heads with a diabolical smile across her face. At that moment, the edges of the room burst into flames. Angela, caught off guard by the fire, demanded that Lucy stop her futile attempt to scare her, to which Lucy replied, " it’s not me." Angela turned around in horror as she locked eyes with an infuriated Makimus. " What is this? You dare threaten my wife and my sister?" Queen Sofia rushed into the room, " Please my Emperor, stop this fire, spare my daughter. I’ll give you anything." As Makimus’ fist ignited, with his eyes locked on Angela, Lucy jumped up, " No Mako! I’m okay, I promise. Please don’t hurt her." As Makimus looked at his fiance’s tears, the terrified look on his sister's face, and the fear in Queen Sofia’s eyes, he extinguished his fist as the fire settled down. " Chloe, Lucy," Makimus said, " Pack your things, we’re going home." " What does Mako mean?" Chloe said. " We were supposed to be here for 3 more days.

Please don’t make us leave." " We’re going." replied Makimus. " We will not stay in a place that you two are not safe. In the palace, you will be surrounded by guards and staff that would lay down their lives for you. Here, even a princess is willing to kill her own sister." He turned toward Queen Sofia, " You spoke of my family, we have never tried to kill each other in cold blood. You were right before, I am like my predecessors. I will not tolerate a challenge to my throne, my family, or my empire. I would burn this place to the ground if it wasn’t the home of my wife. We are going home and that is final. " But brother." " My word is final Chloe! If I have to tell you again, you will never leave Imus again." Makimus stormed out the room, heading to his courters. " I’m truly sorry Chloe." Queen Sofia said. " I never imagined that Angela was cablable of something like this. Emperor Makimus, I understand your decision. I hope you’ll visit one day. Lucy, my baby, I love you. I could not be more proud of the woman you’ve become. I can’t think of a better queen than you. Besides, Queen Lucy has a nice ring to it. The three of them returned to the Flamonian Royal Palace and Emperor Makimus of Flamonia married Princess Lucy of The Valkyries.

After their wedding, Makimus gave his new wife a tour of the palace. After a while, they found themselves in the throne room, where Makimus showed Lucy the crown jewel of their collection. "This is the Sword of Emperors." he said. " It was created by my father and given to my grandfather. Some believe it is the most powerful weapon ever made." "Then why did you leave it sitting here unguarded?" asked Lucy. " Because I know that it’s nothing but a decoration." Makimus said as he smiled. In reality, Makimus crafted these legends himself. He believed it was necessary to hide the weapon designed to kill a god, as well as the weapon capable of destroying moons. The Sword of Emperors For this same reason he felt that he needed to hide his father’s greatest tool, The Forge of Tyimus. It was capable of creating any weapon imaginable and infusing it with unimaginable power. After crafting a powerful weapon of his own, he locked it away. As he tried to figure out the safest place to put the hammer, Roku appeared. He told Makimus to follow him and bring the hammer. The two walked through a portal and into the Forest of Rayimus. As they approached the tomb, Makimus asked " Why here Roku?" " Isn’t it obvious? The Forge of Tyimus should be buried with Tyimus." replied Roku. " What do you mean?" asked Makimus. "

While this temple may have been built for your grandfather, Emperor Rayimus, there was never a body to bury. Mako, a guardian’s body is a powerful thing. It is believed that you can tap into the guardian's power if you have their body. For this reason, we had to bury your grandfather on the battlefield where he died, far out of reach of anyone who would disgrace it. However, the powers that protect this temple are strong, so when your father died, I placed his body here, for safe keeping." As the two opened the temple, they saw Tyimus’ casket. As tears fell from Makimus’ eyes, they placed the hammer in the temple and sealed it shut, where it would remain untouched for over 800 years. The Forge of Tyimus Wings of Fire Makimus and Lucy were married for three years when they got the news that Lucy was pregnant with the future ruler of Flamonia. For this reason, Makimus put the palace on lock down until the child was born. Despite her loneliness, Lucy did still have Chloe to talk to. They’d spend hours trying to pick names and clothes for the child. About 7 months later, 2 months from the child being born, Lucy received word that her mother had had been killed. Someone had stabbed her in the back while she was sleeping. Lucy told Makimus and he had preparations made so that they could leave the next day. A few hours before sunset, a Flamonian soldier

burst into the palace, bleeding from his chest yelling, " the angels are coming, the angels are coming." Makimus rushed outside to find Valkyrian soldiers laying seige to Imus. He rallied his forces and a huge battle broke out. As losses on both sides began to mount, it became obvious that while the Valkyries were well trained warriors, the shear number of Flamonian troops would guarantee their defeat. As he jumped into the air, sending gigantic fire tornados in every direction, he noticed that the leader of the opposing force was nowhere to be found. Considering that there wasn’t some form of mothership or base of operations, he expected to see them in the fight. Just then he saw a group of Valkyries break through the defensive line and into the palace. As they stormed through the palace, checking every room and closet, their search finally ended when they found Lucy and Chloe in the emperor's chambers. " I am Queen Lucy, daughter of Queen Sofia and Queen of the Valkyries, what is the meaning of this?" " You are queen of nothing." a voice said as it got closer. As the voice stepped into the light, Lucy was horrified to see that it was her sister, Princess Angela, leading the assault. " Sister, what are you doing?" asked Lucy. " I am taking what’s mine." Angela replied. Just then, she was met with a powerful fire blast from Chloe. " Who do you think you are?" said Chloe.

" You will pay for this act with your life." Chloe jumped into the air, hurling balls of fire at Angela. However, Angela was unphased. The weapon she was using, a red spear with a silver blade, seemed to disperse every attack she threw at her. Angela began her own attack, slicing and dicing Chloe with incredible speed. Chloe dodged as many attacks as she could, but was eventually stabbed in the leg, bringing her to her knees. As Angela walked up to her, Chloe attempted to blast her, but nothing happened. She soon realized that her powers were completely gone. She then thought back to her father’s notes from his expeditions; she’d always been a studious girl and was just as obsessed with understanding the world as her father was. She thought about the weird stone he’d discovered that stripped him of his powers. She realized that Angela had planned to fight them personally, and she brought a weapon capable of leveling the playing field. As Angela raised the spear above Chloe’s head, she froze as a pregnant Lucy grabbed her hands. " Sister, please don’t do this!" Lucy said. " You can have the throne. You can have the power, just end this blood shed. I want my child to inherit a peaceful world. I don’t want them to be like their predecessors. I want them to be kind and peaceful. Please, stop this attack."

Angela looked into Lucy’s eyes, and threw her, making sure that she would land on her stomach. At that moment, the edges of the room burst into flames, and Angela turned to see Makimus and said " Finally, I thought you’d never come." Phoenix Knight Amulet As they glared at one another, Chloe yelled to her brother, " Mako, the blade is made of null stone, from the nesting grounds Father discovered." Makimus then pulled a gold necklace with a large red jewel from behind his shirt. He’d known that one day his reign would be challenged, so he’d created a weapon with unimaginable power to help him win. That weapon is now known as the Pheonix Knight Amulet. He tapped the crystal and his eyes began to glow. Out of nowhere armor began appearing on his body. Phoenix Emperor Makimus Angela lunged at him, her spear aimed at his head, but Makimus dodged it, jumping into the air as large flaming wings appeared on his back. Angela, mortified at Makimus’ power, threw her spear into the air, breaking the glass ceiling above them. " You missed." said Makimus. " Did I?" Angela replied. Just then, archers began the line the opened ceiling, armed with null stone arrows. " Fire!" Angela yelled. Makimus rushed to protect his wife and sister, just barely making it in time. When the dust settled, Chloe and Lucy were alright, but Makimus’ back was littered with the arrows.

While his armor was incredibly powerful, it couldn’t withstand the null stone. He rolled over so he could look his family in the eyes. As Angela walked to over to him, Makimus said to his sister, " Protect her Chloe! Promise me you’ll protect her." Angela thrusted her spear through Makimus’ chest. In his final moments, he looked to his wife and said, " I love you." Quote " The crimes you all have committed are unforgivable. And considering that we Flamonians don’t really believe in taking prisoners, there is only one way to solve this problem." —Emperor Makimus I Makimus’ Royal Family Queen Lucy Makimus’ Gallery Queen Sofia of the Valkyries Princess Angela of the Valkyries Empress Cholimus I (2040-2070) At that moment, the Flamonian Planetary Stone appeared above Makimus’ head. As Angela tried to grab it, the stone shot up into the air, heading toward the Forest of Rayimus. Chloe screamed at Angela, " Are you happy now, he’s gone. You killed him. Leave!" . Angela, a smug grin on her face as she locked eyes with Chloe, flew out of the palace and back home. As they did for her father, the entirety of Flamonia shut down for three days to mourn the loss of their emperor. On the second day of mourning, the royal family held a state funeral for Makimus, where they said their final goodbyes. Despite the lack of support at the beginning of his reign,

Makimus had become quite popular with the general public. Many of the towns that were close to the capital remained closed after the 3 Days of Mourning because they couldn’t get over the fact that he was gone. The Return of Respect On the third day, Chloe and Lucy, still grieving the loss of Makimus, woke up to servants informing them that they’d been summoned to the throne room. They ran to see who had issued the summons, holding out hope that Mako had managed to survive, only to be disappointed to see Elder Roku. " You. Why are you here now?" Chloe asked. " This is the second time you’ve shown up after the death of your emperor. I don’t know what you are, but you definitely aren’t an agent, or even a friend, of the crown." " Who is this guy?" Lucy asked. " I am Roku, elder of Flamonia. It is my job to look after and advise the ruler of Flamonia." " That can’t be possible." said Lucy. " I’ve lived here for over three years and I’ve never seen you." " That’s because he only shows up after the battle." Chloe said snarkily. " He is to afraid to fight for his empire, so he waits til after the emperor is dead. The only thing you can rely on Roku doing, is being a coward. Whether it was my father, or my brother, Roku waited til after they were dead to show himself.

And it’s not like he’s powerless. From what I hear, elders are just as if not more powerful than guardians. He simply lacks to will to fight." " Since I know that your comments are coming from a place of sadness and grief, I’m going to overlook them." Roku replied. " Yet again, it is time for us to choose the next ruler." Roku opened a portal, gesturing for the two of them to walk through it. On the other side of the portal was the Eternal Flame and a hooded figure. Roku stood next to the Eternal Flame and said, " Chloe, as your brother's proclaimed successor, you will get the throne if no one challenges you. That said, is there anyone of royal blood that would like to challenge for the throne." Just as Roku finished speaking, the hooded figure revealed himself to be none other than Bolin, Chloe’s oldest brother, who hadn’t been seen since his defeat at the hands of Emperor Makimus. " Really, you too brother." Chloe said through tears. " You waited until now to make an appearance. Where were you? Where were you when he needed you? Where were you when I needed you?" Bolin, without saying a word, got on one knee, and bowed to his sister. Roku then said, " Since no one has challenged her, all hail Empress Chloimus." " I’m sorry." said Bolin. " After the Agni kai, I was lost.

I didn’t know who I was without the throne. I spent a long time trying to figure out my place in the universe, and eventually found it with my wife and kids. When I heard of our brother’s death, I broke yet agian. I couldn’t stop blaming myself. I kept wondering what Father would’ve said if he were here, then Roku showed up. He told me that, with the death of Mako, the throne was vacant yet again. It was at that moment that I realized that I was never meant to sit on the throne; I was meant to stand beside the one who sat upon it. I am ready to serve you my Empress." Chloimus, filled with fury and vengeance said, " Rise brother. Our first mission, is to destroy the Valkyries. For Makimus." Chloe turned toward Lucy and said, " I’m sorry my friend, but they must pay." " I am ready to serve you my Empress." Lucy said. " Angela must pay for what she did in blood. It would become relatively common for the emperor’s chosen successor to go unopposed in the Agni Kai. It was viewed as disrespectful to the previous emperor to challenge their choice now that they were gone. This would be the belief for centuries, but would fall out of fashion at the tail end of the War Era. The Valkyrian War For just over a year, Chloimus gathered an army consisting of nearly thirty percent of the human

population of Flamonia. Using newly developed aircraft, Chloimus laid siege on the Valkyrian capital, killing every soldier, parent, and child. Chloimus told her troops to kill everyone, regardless of age or status. As soldiers slaughtered the Valkyrian population, they yelled " For Makimus." This battle cry would be used as the justification to conquer all intelligent life forms on all Flamonian controlled territories for generations to come. When historians argue about who was the most impactful ruler of Flamonia, those who answer Makimus, usually point to this as their evidence. Phoenix Knight Bolin It took six hours to kill off the majority of the city. All that was left was the capital. Chloimus, Bolin, and Lucy had been fighting on the front lines. Some say that Lucy supplied Chloimus with Valkyrian battle tactics and all the weak spots in their defences. Pillars of fire traversed the city, destroying everything they touched. By the time the three of them had reached the palace, there weren’t Valkyrian soldiers left to defend it. Bolin and Chloimus burst into the throne room, destroying the large stone doors. Bolin, armed with the Phoenix Knight Amulet, made quick work of the handful of guards protecting Angela. Once he’d dispatched the guards, the two of them grabbed Angela and threw her to the middle of the room. " Please, show me mercy." Angela cried out." " You can have the kingdom, you can take our chi, but please spare my life."

Just then Angela was kicked in the back of the head. As she turned around, she was shocked to see that it was none other than her younger sister. Lucy unleashed a beavy of attacks on her sister, stabbing her limbs, breaking her bones, and bombarding her face with vicious punches. They say when Lucy was done with her, Angela’s face was unrecognizable. Using what little strength she had left, Angela asked, " Sister, why." Lucy turned toward her sister, standing over her broken body. " Did you really just ask me why." Lucy said. " You broke into my home, killed my unborn child, and stabbed my husband in the chest. And the servants told me, I know you killed our mother. You destroyed my life. And you have the nerve to call me sister." Lucy gestured to Chloimus, asking for her sword. Lucy stared into her sister’s eyes and said, " For Makimus!" plunging the sword into Angela’s chest. Lucy removed her sister's robes and armor, and gave them to Chloimus. She said, " These are ancient Valkyrian relics, meant to be worn by the Queen of our society. Chloimus would wear the relics for the rest of her life. All Must Bend the Knee A parade was held in the Imus, as they displayed Angela’s dead body to the public as proof that they’d avenged their fallen ruler. Despite their victory, Chloimus was not satisfied. After the

celebrations, she decided that it was no longer in the best interest of the crown to allow for other tribes or kingdoms on Flamonia. The Flamonian Empire would be the only empire. She decided to wage war against the entire planet, starting with one of the most formidable races of them all. As mentioned, Flamonia is filled with many different creatures and peoples. While dragons are considered the apex predator of the Flamonian ecosystem, there are plenty of organisms that are tied for a very close second place. The creatures Chloimus is concerned with at the moment are known as familiars. They have the ability to transform from human to mystic beast and vice versa. Their abilities make them incredibly terrifying, as it isn’t possible to pick them out of a crowd. At any moment, a normal looking individual could turn into a phoenix. There were several types of familiars, including: lion, wolf, phoenix, and dragon. As one might guess, a dragon familiar is the most dangerous and powerful type. Unlike wolf or lion familiars, who have been known to live pretty much anywhere, dragon familiars only live in villages comprised of other dragon familiars. Even though some of the members of these villages were around during the Fire Lord Era, making them extremely wise and powerful, they have chosen to stay hidden. Unlike the Alteans or Valkyries, who went out of their way to hide their societies, the dragon familiars left their villages in the open.

They went out of their way to make sure that their village looked as normal and nonthreatening as possible. All that said, it is well known that none of this should be interpreted as weakness. The dragon familiars are strong people, who will defend their land till their dying breath. Knowing that fighting the dragon familiars at this time would be suicide, Chloimus focused on the lion and wolf familiars. Lion familiars would be the most difficult to find, but the easiest to kill. They tended to live alone, meaning that it would be hard to pick them out of a crowd, but if you did find one, they most likely wouldn’t have any backup. On the other hand, wolf familiars tended to live in packs. Sometimes you could go down a street that was entirely made up of wolf familiars. Trying to tango with an entire pack isn’t easy, but it’s far from impossible. However, there was a way to get around fighting the entire pack. If you managed to kill the pack’s Alpha, the rest of the pack was honor bond to swear their allegiance to you. This custom is what Chloimus was counting on to win the day. Chloimus would start with the Goldpeak ghettos, the known home of the largest wolf familiar pack in the world. She enters the ghetto looking for Fenrir, this pack’s Alpha. After a fair amount of searching, Chloimus stumbled upon a large house tucked in the back of the area.

For some reason, she could feel herself being pulled toward the house. As she walked in, she was jumped by two large black wolves. They surrounded her, growling as they looked at her with their dark red eyes. As they prepared to strike, a man walked down the stairs, his whistle causing the wolves to scatter. " Empress, to what do I owe the pleasure?" the man said, with are large smile on his face and a sinister look in his eyes. " So you are him?" said Chloimus. " You are the great and powerful Fenrir? The terrifying leader of the Blaze Touched Beasts. I am underwhelmed. Regardless, I am here to force you to swear allegiance to the crown. Do you wanna do this the easy way or the hard way?" " So let me get this straight," Fenrir said, " You came all the way here from Imus, to force me to bend the knee. And on top of that, you really thought I would do it. You’re sorely mistakened. I’ve killed many men and women, but never a royal. Its a huge plus that the first royal I kill will be the Empress. This will be fun." he said with a sinister grin. The Great Fenrir As the two circled each other, Chloimus drew her sword. She began infusing it with her elemental energy. Fenrir began to grow, turning into a wolf-like creature who stood on two legs.

They lunged at each other, throwing blows as fast as lightning. While Fenrir still had plenty of energy in the tank, Chloimus was slowing down. Fenrir landed a devastating blow, launching Chloimus the the house’s wall and into the center of the ghettos. As she looked up, Fenrir let out a loud howl. Chloimus watched as the rest of the pack began to come out from their homes. She looked down at her torso, to find a deep gash, crippling her armor. As he walked up, Fenrir’s eyes and claws began to glow, and yet again, a grin appeared on his face. He lifted Chloimus by the throat and said, " What a shame. The Flame dynasty has grown weak over the years. Oh how disappointed Rayimus would be." Fenrir, his hand around her throat, swung his glowing claw, just for it to be caught. He looked up to see Chloimus’ glowing red eyes staring back at him. She tapped his head with four fingers, launching him into the air. As he began to fall, Chloimus appeared above him, delivering a powerful kick, which sent him plummeting to the ground. As he lifted himself up, he was met with another swift kick from Chloimus, forming a crater beneath them. Chloimus raised her sword, Fenrir’s broken body beneath her feet, and swung it, slicing his head clean off. The wolf pack watched in horror, as Chloimus stepped out

the crater, Fenrir’s head in hand, and said " Bow before your Empress." One by one, the familiars began to bow. After Fenrir’s death at the hands of Chloimus was announced, wolf packs across the world began to bend the knee, swearing absolute allegiance to the Flamonian throne. Fenrir stuffed head, still hangs in the Flamonian trophy room. The Fate of the Phoenix With the wolf familiars firmly under her control, Chloimus began to plan her next move. She didn’t know it at the time, but Chloimus had already wiped out another group of familiars. Not long after The Fire Lord Era began, the phoenix familiars fled, believing that it wouldn’t be long before the 4 Kingdoms came for them. They decided to hide, building their civilization where it could never be found. Over the years their society began to grow, along with their population. The females were becoming frustrated with the males, who had been leaving their city to go get human women pregnant. They would then bring home the half breed human babies. They had no ability to transform, however they did have beautiful red wings. After a while, a group of females got fed up with the males actions and decided to remove them. In one night, the females wiped out all the males in the city, including the male half breeds. Even though they intended to wipe out all the half breeds, they couldn’t help but connect with the half breed girls.

Thes half breed girls would grow up to be angel like warriors, otherwise known as the Valkyries. Like Moths To A Flame Chloimus decided to set her sites on the lion familiars. As mentioned, it was hard to find lion familiars because they almost always lived alone. However, it was well known that they couldn’t miss a good fight. She decided to call Balto, the Flamonian representative of the wolf familiars, and told him that she needed him to come to the capital. Chloimus planned on holding a tournament , open to anyone willing to participate. The competitors would have to fight Balto to the death. Chloimus chose Balto for two reasons. The first reason was because nothing short of a familiar of some type, was going to be able to hold it’s own against a 200 year old wolf. The second reason was that the wolf and lion familiars were bitter rivals and sworn enemies. Chloimus knew that none of the lions in that area would be able to resist fighting Balto, and if she were lucky, they’d be able to draw King Mufasa out of hiding. The king of the lion familiars hadn’t been seen for decades, but Chloimus’ spies assured her that he was still alive. If she could kill King Mufasa, she might be able to get all lions across the planet to bend the knee, just like the wolfs did. The day of the tournament had finally come.

After a few hours worth of fights that ended in seconds, a man walked forward. Before Chloimus could say a word, Balto rushed toward him, grabbing the man's arms as he attempted to rip him in half. At that moment a man with long white hair wearing a crown said " Enough." Balto released his challenger, turning towards Chloimus and giving her a nod. Lion King Mufasa "So you did come." Chloimus said. " And here I thought the day had been a waste. I’ll ask you once Mufasa, bend the knee." " I’d heard that Fenrir had fallen," said Mufasa, " I had hoped to find the warrior who did it and thank him. But sadly, no warrior is here, just you. You know, I am very familiar with your family. This crown I wear, it is the crown of Fire Lord Nicolas, the father of Emperor Rayimus. Right after ripping off The Fire Lord’s head, I took his crown as a trophy. You are no Nicolas, so why don’t you bend the knee sweetheart." Enraged, Chloimus blast a column of fire at Mufasa, but when the dust settled the man was gone. All that was left, was a large white man-like lion with glowing eyes. From his back, Mufasa pulled his battle axe and charged toward Chloimus. As she saw this behemoth barreling toward her, Chloimus drew her sword and dashed toward him. They clashed, sending shockwaves in every direction. Chloimus dashed

back, knowing that Mufasa’s attacks were too powerful. If he were to get a clean hit on her, she’d be toast. Mufasa began an onslaught of attacks, each heavier than the last. Chloimus found herself overwhelmed by his strength, until her eyes began to glow. She burst through his attacks, knocking Mufasa to the ground. " Bend the knee or die." she said. The Dark Lion King " So this is how you did it?" Mufasa chuckled. " This is how you killed Fenrir the Great. How pitiful." Mufasa stood up, staring into Chloimus eyes, as his began to glow. His fur began to darken until it was completely black. Chloimus had also noticed that her eyes had stopped glowing, and that her powers were drained. " What did you do to me?" she said. " I did nothing." Mufasa replied. " You were the one who offered your power to me. Now, let me show you how to use them properly." Mufasa dashed to Chloimus, kicking her in the gut , sending her flying through the arena. Chloimus opened her eyes to find Mufasa’s axe coming straight for her. She rolled out the way, only to be met with another punch that sent her flying. " As I suspected. No skills, no strength, only tricks. It takes more than tricks to kill me sweetheart. It takes a warrior." At that moment, Chloimus dashed past Mufasa and picked up her sword. She turned to find her enemy right behind her.

She swung her weapon, revealing it to be a saber whip. The whip slashed Mufasa, taking three fingers with it. She swung it again, and took out his eye, Chloimus began to bombard Mufasa with hundreds of slashs. She wrapped the king’s body with her whip and pulled him toward her, pulling a long dagger from her sword’s handle and plunging it into Mufasa's chest. As his body hit the ground, Chloimus stood over the king, who’d been trying desperately to get up. " So this is it?" Chloimus said. " This is the crown of my ancestor Fire Lord Nicolas. I will take it back to where it belongs. I will have a robe made from your fur, not for beauty, but as a reminder for any who’d dare challenge the throne." Weeks had past since Mufasa’s death, and familiars from all over the planet had pledged their allegiance to Chloimus. She’d received word from the 4 Great Dragon Villiages, asking her for peace. They promised that as long as they were left alone, no blood would be spilled and no war would be fought. With this, Chloimus spoke to her people, wearing robes crafted from the fur of Fenrir and Mufasa as well as the Crown of Fire Lord Nicolas. She then said, for all of Flamonia to hear, " I am Chloimus, Queen of Beasts." She also revealed that she was carrying her first air to the throne. The Birth of the Dragon Slayer

Over a decade had past since Chloimus proclaimed herself Queen of Beasts. In that time, her and her husband, King Christian, had 2 children: Crowned Princess Zoi and Prince Azulan. They’d lived a peaceful life. Chloimus’ children had only known a quiet palace, filled with their mother, father, Uncle Bolin, and their cousins. They were taught about their uncle, Emperor Makimus, and their godmother Queen Lucy, who died of a broken heart not long after the birth of Zoi. Their blissful life would come to a quick end. While King Christian was giving his son a sword lesson, he was startled by the sound of a loud roar. He rushed to Chloimus, " Honey, what’s going on." " I don’t know." she replied. As the dragon approached, they held out hope that the titan-wing beast would simply fly by. That hope quickly vaporized when the huge dragon sprayed it’s intense fire across the palace. While King Christian ran to find his daughter, Chloimus faced the beast, deflecting as much fire as she could. She tried to attack with her own fire, but it had no effect. Using the Phoenix Knight Amulet, Bolin powered up, using his phoenix fire to attack the beast. This proved to be extremely effective, knocking the dragon out of the air. The wounded dragon got back up, flinging it’s tail at Bolin, launching him into a palace wall. The dragon stood over Chloimus, spewing its deadly dragon fire at her.

Just as she began to gain control of the dragon’s fire, her husband and daughter came charging in. " No, stay back." Chloimus cried out. At that moment, the dragon ceased it’s attack on Chloimus and redirected it at Christian and Zoi, turning them to ashes in moments. "No." Chloimus screamed. She looked and realized that Azulan had seen the whole thing, and that the dragon had turned its eyes to him. She lunged toward it, punching it right in the snout. She began to attack the beast, using physical attacks rather than elemental ones. She was telling Azulan to get out of the palace, when the dragon smacked her with it’s tail, flinging her straight into the ground. Chloimus, barely able to move, watched as the dragon charged up a fiery attack. She said to her self, " Christian, Zoi, I’ll see you soon." Just as she closed her eyes, she heard the dragon let out a large grunt. As its head fell, she saw Azulan standing on it with glowing red eyes. Belenus Chloimus and Azulan would spend years trying to figure out what caused the beast to attack them so viciously. During that time, Azulan had been training. He had hunted and killed more dragons than anyone in Flamonian history. The public had even begun to call him The Dragon Slayer. Ultimately, he would remain unsatisfied. He had sworn to avenge his family by killing every dragon on Flamonia.

He’d had spent countless hours begging his mother to allow him to go to the 4 Great Dragon Villages, and burn them to the ground. She assured him that this wasn’t the work of the dragon familiars. It was far to sloppy and ended with the death of two royals. If they had done it, there would have been half a dozen dragons and they wouldn’t have left any survivors. Frustrated with the lack of progress, Chloimus was beginning to loose hope. She was starting to believe that it may have been an accident. That night, she had a strange dream. She was wandering around endlessly in a dark forest, when out of nowhere a large fire appeared. As she moved toward it, the blaze began to take the shape of a woman. " I am Belenus, one of Flamonia’s three planetary spirits. Our job is to ensure that Flamonia remains in balance. Your genocide of the Valkyries and war with the familiars risked throwing Flamonia out of wack, so I sent the dragon to kill you. Sadly, it killed your daughter and husband instead. No matter, if you want me, I am on the shore of the Eastern Sea. Come get me." Chloimus woke up in a sweat. Unsure if her dream was real or just a fantasy. She began to think, either way, it was worth investigating. " Don’t do it." said Roku as he walked from the corner of her room. " Fighting a spirit is suicide.

You would be walking to your own demise. Azulan needs you. All he has is you. Would you really leave him just to settle a vendetta." " Shut up Roku." Chloimus said. " Yet again, you wait till now to lecture me. You could have helped. You could have saved my family, but you didn’t. You did what you always do, appear after the funeral. If you think it’s a bad idea, than that means it’s exactly what I need to do." Chloimus gathered her things and headed to the Eastern Sea. As she walked out, Azulan met her at the door, woken up by all her movement. "Where are you going?" he said. "I am going to avenge our family once and for all." she replied. "Just give me a second." said Azulan. "I just need to pack my stuff." "No Azulan. You must stay here. If anything happens to me, you must be here. Please, do it for me." "No mom, I won’t. I must be by your side, whoever this enemy is, we can face them together." "I’ll make sure he stays." said Bolin. "Thanks brother." Chloimus replied. " You don’t have to thank me." said Bolin. "Just make sure you come back to us." As Chloimus approached the cave, she felt an immense amount of elemental energy in the area. Belenus stepped out of the cave. Without exchanging words, they lunged toward each other, blasting fire balls, breaking bones, and swinging swords.

"You live up to your reputation and your name." said Belenus. "In another world, we could have been friends." "Not a chance." replied Chloimus as her eyes began to glow. She launched Belenus away, drawing her sword and infusing it with her energy. As she rushed toward Belenus, Chloimus swung her sword, attempting to decapitate her. She was shocked when Belenus' body faded away. Belenus then appeared behind her, a smug grin across her face. "This is why Roku told you that fighting me was suicide." "No." Chloimus responded. "Sending a dragon to kill my family is suicide." Chloimus continued her attack, switching between sword and saber whip, but it wasn’t enough. No matter how fast her attacks were, Chloimus couldn’t lay a finger on Belenus. Her body would fade away before Chloimus’ attack could reach her. When all hope seemed lost, Chloimus had an idea. She thought back to her fight with Mufasa and realized that regardless of if the elemental energy was hers or Belenus’, it was energy. She could control it. Chloimus dashed back. She discarded her sword and focused, allowing her frustration and grief to suck in the energy around her. "When will you learn?" asked Belenus. "I’m unstoppable. Nothing you do can hurt me. Accept it. You failed. Your family is dead, and nothing is going to change that." Chloimus looked up and said, "What about this?" as she fired a beam of pure elemental energy at Belenus.

As she tried to faded away, the beam made contact, creating a deep wound in her hip. As Chloimus dashed toward Belenus, bringing a shockwave of elemental energy with her, Belenus rolled out the way and stabbed Chloimus in the back with her own sword. As her eyes stopped glowing, Chloimus fell to her knees. "You have my respect, Empress." said Belenus. "My quarrel was with you. Rest in peace, knowing that I won’t lay a finger on your son." Quote " This is the crown of my ancestor Fire Lord Nicolas. I will take it back to where it belongs. I will have a robe made from your fur, not for beauty, but as a reminder for any who’d dare challenge the throne." — Empress Chloimus Chloimus’ Royal Family King Christian Princess Zoi Chloimus’ Gallery King Mufasa Belenus Fenrir Balto Emperor Azulimus I (2070-2120) No matter what he did, Azulan couldn’t sleep. He couldn’t shake the feeling that something bad was going to happen if he didn’t fight by his mother’s side. A few hours later, a man he’d never seen before came out of nowhere and walked up to him. " Who are you? What are you doing here!" Azulan yelled. " He is Elder Roku." Bolin said as he walked into the room. " And if he is here, that can only mean one thing, Chloimus has fallen." " No, that’s impossible. She is still out there.

She could be hurt, we must go help her!" Azulan exclaimed. Roku then pulled out Chloimus’ sword, her blood still dripping off it. " Your mother fought bravely, but no one can kill a spirit." Flamonia shutdown to observe the Three Days of Mourning. On the final day, as he always did, Roku gathered the entire royal family and brought them to the Eternal Flame. As they walked to the unlit torch, Azulan looks at his uncle and cousins, knowing that any of them could challenge him. " Will you challenge me?" Azulan asked his uncle. " No." replied Bolin. " While there was a time that I would have given anything to sit on the throne, I now know that destiny has another path for me. Funny what age does to you." " Sometimes I forget that you’re over 100 years old." Azulan said with a smirk on his face. Before Bolin could respond, they’d stopped. Roku gestured to Azulan to step forward, and said " Azulan, as your mother’s proclaimed successor, the throne is yours. If there are any who want the throne, come forward. With no challengers, all hail Emperor Azulimus" The Eternal Flame burst into life as the Flamonian Planetary Stone flew out of the inferno and onto Azulimus’ chest. A War Amongst Dragons As expected, Emperor Azulimus’ first act was to hunt Belenus. Having learned that Belenus sent the titan-wing dragon that had devastated Imus, he concluded that all the dragons must be

controlled by her. While this wasn’t the case, Azulimus decided to deploy his entire military, their mission being to hunt and kill all dragons they come into contact with. He intended to hunt dragons himself, but decided that he needed a weapon capable of killing any dragon. While the Sword of Rayimus would have been his first choice, his mother told him that it hadn’t been seen since Emperor Tyimus’ reign. Azulimus would have to settle for Tyimus’ final creation, The Star Saber. After his father’s death, Makimus had finished it, and it was ready for combat. Star Saber For 9 months, Flamonia’s entire purpose was to hunt every dragon they found. Even ordinary citizens began killing dragons. They’d bring their dragon bones back to the palace, where the emperor would buy them. Dragon parts had also become quite a commodity across Flamonia. Everything from the teeth and scales to the eyeballs were extremely valuable. While the adolescent dragons were hunted by citizens, the adult dragons were hunted by the military. And if someone were to come across a titan-wing dragon, they were to call Azulimus immediately. Titan-wing dragons were the largest and most powerful dragons in the universe. Even though Azulimus had killed one in his adolescence, they weren’t to be taken lightly. Without the strength that comes with royal blood, it is next to impossible to bring down such a mighty beast. Even though they’d been hunting them for months, Azulimus noticed that the dragons hadn’t

changed their habits. Usually when a species as smart as the dragons realizes that they are being hunted, they takes measures to ensure their safety. As he pondered the dragons’ weird behavior he received reports that a titan-wing dragon had stormed into a forest about 50 miles from Zhen, the second largest city of Flamonia. Azulimus rushed to meet the mighty beast. When he made it to the scene, he couldn’t believe his eyes. A titan-wing water dragon and a titan-wing lightning dragon were duking it out. While it was relatively common for dragons to fight, especially if they are of opposing elements, titan-wing dragons of any element didn’t fight. Even if another dragon were to enter their territory, the titan-wing would usually intimidate the intruder rather than kill them. Azulimus jumped out of his transport, igniting The Star Saber and sending a large slash at the great beasts. Both choose to dodge the attack, allowing it to hit the ground. As Azulimus lands on the ground, the two return to their battle. Shaking the ground and destroying everything in sight. Azulimus decides to the only way to end this battle is to kill both dragons. He infused The Star Saber with his power, making its blade grow. He charged toward the titan-wing water dragon, sending two blazing slashes at the gigantic creature. Both managed to make contact, knocking the dragon to its knees. As it attempted to get back to its feet, the titan-wing lightning

dragon launched itself into the air, hoping to land the killing blow. Azulimus turned and swung The Star Saber, sending a slash that sliced off one of the lightning dragon’s wings. This attack caused the dragon the drop to the ground, sending a shockwave that sent trees flying in every direction. From the corner of his eye, Azulimus saw a blonde woman about to be crushed by one of the air borne trees. He rushed over to save the woman, picking her up just before the tree landed. Druk The Destroyer Azulimus landed with the woman in his arms. " Are you okay madam." asked Azulimus. " Yes, I’m ok." said the woman. " Thank you kind sir." The two left the area, trying to put distance between themselves and the two angry beasts " What were you doing so close to a fight between two dragons?" Azulimus asked. " I was sent here by my father." replied the woman. " Come on. We have to get going." Azulimus said with a frown on his face. Despite his efforts, he knew that none of the titan-wing dragons’ injuries would stop their battle. If he was going to put an end to this conflict he was going to need reinforcements. He attempted to contact his transport, but never got an answer. Even though they’d surveyed the entire area, Azulimus couldn’t find his transport. Frustrated with his situation, Azulimus sat on a rock to figure out his next move.

" I guess you didn’t find what ever you’re looking for." said the woman. " Come on, I might know a place that could cheer you up." The woman began to guide Azulimus to this magical place that would take all his worries away. Just as sunset approached, the two found themselves on a cliff overlooking a beautiful lake and a massive forest. As Azulimus marveled at this beautiful sight, the woman said, " Isn’t it incredible. It’s almost enough to make you forget about the crazy world we live in." Azulimus turned toward the woman, realizing that he hadn’t noticed how beautiful she was. For a moment, his ambitions faded, he thought about what life would be like out here. Away from the responsibilities of the stone. As night approached, the woman guided him toward a dark cave. Just before he lit his fists, Azulimus noticed a faint light. The woman began to pull him toward the light, which turned out to be glowing crystals. He looked into the eyes of the woman and said, " You’re amazing. In all my life, I’ve never been able to let down my guard. I’ve always had to be a fierce warrior, but you’ve turned me into a child. May I ask your name?" " My name is Rose." she said. Azulimus pulled Rose in, and they kissed. They would spend the night in that cave, laying their bodies bear for one another. Druk The Destroyer

As they woke up the next morning, Azulimus heard a loud roar. When he looked in the distance, he saw 5 adult lightning dragons approaching the site of the titan-wing battle. Rose woke up and ran over to Azulimus and asked, " What’s going on." " They want to finish this fight." he replied. " I must go." " Why is this your responsibility?" Rose asked. Azulimus put on his armor and said, " I am Emperor Azulimus Flame, guardian of Flamonia." he said as he lit his fist on fire. Azulimus then launched himself into the air, rushing to the battlefield. When he got there, he found the 5 adult dragons helping the titan wing lightning dragon kill the water dragon. Azulimus charged The Star Saber, and sent a large slash flying through the air. The attack slammed into the the titan-wing lightning dragon, knocking it onto two of the adult lightning dragons, crushing them to death. The three remaining dragons charged at Azulimus, spitting lightning bolts at him. Azulimus jumped into the air as he sent a slash that decapitated one the dragons. As Azulimus landed, the dragons rushed him, trying to catch him in their jaws. He used The Star Saber and stabbed one of the dragons in the head, causing it to drop to the ground. Azulimus them lunged at the final adult dragon, cutting through its legs, slicing through it’s wings, and severing it’s tail.

As he stood over the beast, preparing to take its head, he was smacked in the back by the titan-wing lighting dragon's tail. The hit sent him flying into several trees. As Azulimus began to pick himself up, the huge dragon stood over him. As it charged its lightning breath, Azulimus heard a voice yell, " Stop this." When he looked over, he was shocked to see Rose running out of the forest. " I am Princess Rose, daughter of the Dragon King of Fire. In the name of my father, stop this at once." The titan wing lightning dragon turned, sending it’s lightning attack at Rose. She jumped into the air, dodging the attack, as her body began to change. She began to grow scales, wings, and a tail. Rose revealed herself to be a gigantic titan-wing fire dragon. To this day, history remembers this titan-wing fire dragon as Druk the Destroyer. The Four Great Dragon Kingdoms Azulimus watched in awe as Rose, in her dragon form, fought the two beasts. She finished off the water dragon, sending a huge column of fire that burned it to a crisp. She then turned her attention to the titan-wing lightning dragon, who had tried to run away. She launched herself into the air, landing on its, knocking it to the ground. Using her jaws, she grabbed the top of the dragon's neck and ripped it’s head off. She then let out the loudest roar Azulimus had ever heard.

Rose flew over to Azulimus, staring him in the eye. She then morphed back into her human form. " So, umm, yea. I kinda might be a dragon." she said. " Yeah, I picked up on that." Azulimus said with a grin. " I also heard you say that you’re the daughter of the Dragon King. Care to explain?" " In short, the Dragon King of Water and the Dragon King of Lightning are at war. That is why two titan wing dragons are fighting. I was sent here by my father, The Dragon King of Fire, to end this conflict before you, The Dragon Slayer, got the chance to kill them. I had no idea that you were the emperor when we first met. You’re not what I was expecting. You are kind, courageous, and sweet. I’d like you to follow me." " To where?" Azulimus replied. " To my home." Azulimus rode on Rose’s back as they traveled north toward the Fire Dragon Village. As they approached, Azulimus saw the run down village. He wondered what made them call this a kingdom. Rose landed right outside the village. As they walked through it, people saw Azulimus and ran into their homes. Before long, the streets were clear, and the village was quiet. Azulimus looked at a poster on the side of a building. It said " Beware The Dragon Slayer" , showing a picture of him standing on the head of a titan-wing fire dragon. "This is how

we see you." Rose said. " You are the monster in our bedtime stories. Parents tell their children not to leave the village out of fear that you will find them." Azulimus ripped the poster off the wall. " You guys don't know the full story." Azulimus said in a low voice. " I don’t kill dragons for sport or because I want too. I kill dragons because I made a promise. Belenus sent a titan-wing fire dragon to my home and it killed my father and sister. When my mother went to confront her, Belenus killed her too. I promised my family that I would avenge there deaths, and I intend to keep that promise." " What about the innocent creatures that are killed in the process?" Rose replied. " While I understand that you’ve lost alot, we’re not to blame. Belenus has the ability to control mystic beasts and make them do her bidding. That is why that dragon did what it did. Belenus used it as a weapon." " And what would you have me do?" Azulimus exclaimed, as a frown formed on his face. " You don’t get it. As the emperor, my people expect me to bring them the head of whoever killed my mother. When my uncle, Emperor Makimus, was killed by the Valkyries, my mother destroyed their society and paraded their queen’s body through Imus. That is what they expect me to do.

There is no other way." Azulimus said as a tear fell from his eye " What if their was?" Rose said as she pulled Azulimus in for a kiss. " I think I have a way for everyone to get what they want." Dragon King Arthur They walked into the largest building in the village. " This is my home." Rose said. Azulimus looked around the small house. " Its very nice." he said with a bit of hesitation. " No its not." Rose said as she giggled. " Its really small and not particularly impressive, especially to someone like you. Follow me." Rose guided Azulimus to the basement. In the middle of the room, there was a grand arch. Rose whispered something Azulimus wasn’t able to make out, then the Arch burst into life. A crimson portal opened and she pulled him into it. When Azulimus opened his eyes, he was astonished by the grand hall he was in. " Now this is a home." Rose said. Azulimus looked at the ivory and gold throughout Rose’s home. This palace was nearly twice the size of Imus. " This palace is massive. It may be the biggest complex I’ve ever seen." Azulimus said. " Yeah." replied Rose with a teasing smirk. " It serves as the capitial of the Fire Dragon Kingdom as well as the capital of the 4 King Alliance." Rose gave Azulimus the grand tour, culminating with the entrance to the throne room.

" Wait out here Azulan." Rose said. " Let me make sure he’s in a good mood." Rose went as Azulimus waited. Before long Rose peaked her head out the throne room door and said, " Ok come in." Azulimus entered, locking eyes with Dragon King Arthur. " The Dragon Slayer." Arthur yelled. " You brought The Dragon Slayer here? Of all the ignorant things, guards seize him. " No!" Rose yelled. " Father, I promise that we are safe, as long as you don’t attack him." " She's right." Azulimus said. " My predecessors are already laughing at me for allowing your soldiers to surround me, but in the name of peace, they will live." " Father," Rose said, " This is Emperor Azulimus, the fifth ruler of Flamonia. Azulimus, this is my father, The Dragon King of Fire." " Why have you brought him here?" Arthur asked. " To make peace." Rose replied. " Azulan helped me with my assignment. I think he could help us end this war. If you give him…" " Hush child!" Arthur yelled. " This war is because of him. If he hadn’t slaughtered our kind, they wouldn’t be fighting in the first place. He destroyed our peace, and must pay the price." Arthur stood up as his eyes began to glow. As he drew his sword, Azulimus unhooked The Star Saber from his belt as it burst to life. " Make your move old man." said Azulimus as his eyes

began to glow. " No!" Rose exclaimed. " Father you sent me to the physical realm to bring peace back to our kind. Well, I brought the instrument of peace you asked for." Arthur looked into the eyes of his beloved daughter, and lowered his weapon. Rose turned to Azulimus, his anger fading away as he looked into her eyes. " Servants, set up a guest room." said Arthur. " I will call a 4 Kings Council meeting tomorrow. One way or another, this war will end tomorrow.” A Council of Kings The next day, Dragon King Arthur and Rose walked into the grand hall, where the other Dragon Kings waited: Nicolas, The Dragon King of Lightning; Lucas, The Dragon King of Stars; and Charles, The Dragon King of Water. " What is the meaning of this Arthur" asked Charles. " I’ve made my position clear. This war won’t end until I have his head on a spear." he said pulling a spear from his back. " Oh is that right?" said Nicolas as he pulled his sword. " That’s enough." yelled Arthur. " My daughter has brought an instrument of peace." Just as he finished, Azulimus walked in. " I am Emperor Azulimus Flame, son of Empress Chloimus, and ruler of Flamonia." " You brought The Dragon Slayer here." yelled Nicolas. " Have you lost your mind woman." At that moment, Lucas, the youngest of the Dragon Kings, leaped out of his throne to Azulimus.

As they locked eyes, Rose ran to separate them. This left the other Dragon Kings speechless. Lucas was the most timid amongst them, his words usually enough to end any argument. He was also easily the strongest of the four Dragon Kings. " Did you come here to finish the job?" asked Lucas. " It wasn’t enough for you to destroy Plasmos, wiping out the majority of my people." At this comment, Azulimus shook off Rose, and took off his armor. " This armor is made of royal Flamonian gold." said Azulimus. " The difference between royal and normal Flamonian gold, is that royal Flamonian gold is infused with ore mined from the remains of Plasmos that fell to Flamonia. My mother told me that we wear it as a reminder that no matter how strong we are, we’re not gods." Azulimus bowed to Lucas and said, " What happened to Plasmos was a tragedy, and on behalf of the Flame family, I’m sorry for your loss." Lucas walked back to his throne and sat down. " What is your proposal, Rose?" asked Lucas. " Why ask her?" a voice said from the shadows. " Do you really think that she has the answer we’ve been searching for?" Belenus walked out from the shadows. " What are you doing here Belenus?" asked Arthur. " Don’t worry Arthur, I just wanted to see Chloimus’ boy." she said with a smile on her face. " To

be honest with you, I don’t care about Rose’s proposal because it’s obvious that Azulimus is just following his mother’s lead. Death, destruction, and genocide are all that follow the Flame family. It’s time that I end this." As Belenus finished, she jumped into the air, launching bolts of spiritual energy at Azulimus. He dodged them, pulling his mother sword from his back. " You really kept that old thing?" said Belenus. " Great! I can kill both mother and son with the same sword. How poetic." Azulimus, fed up with her comments, launched attacks of his own. He created a circle of fire around them as his eyes began to glow. " Today, I avenge my family. Today, you die." Azulimus infused his mother’s sword with his energy and he began his attack, swinging and slashing the sword at his opponent. He quickly realized that his attacks were pointless, as she simply faded away before they made contact. Belenus fired a ferocious attack, launching Azulimus across the room. As he tried to get up, he saw Belenus walking toward him. He turned to see Rose, tears rolling down her cheeks. At that moment, he felt the energy around him. He rediscovered the secret to killing a spirit. He harnessed Belenus’ energy, and sent a fiery bolt of spiritual energy at her, stopping Belenus in her tracks. Azulimus stood up, holding his hand in the air as if he had a blade. He harnessed his frustration, grief, and anger,

infusing himself with his own elemental energy and Belenus’ spiritual energy. In a flash of light, a glowing red sword appeared. Belenus watched in horror as Azulimus lifted the mighty blade over her, knowing that this was a sword capable of killing Infernus himself. Just then, the doors flew open and a glowing man walked into the hall. In the blink of an eye, the man rushed Azulimus, launching him through a wall. The glowing man then picked up Belenus and disappeared. Rose ran to check on Azulimus. As he picked himself up, he said " You should probably tell them your proposal before someone else tries to kill me." Rose walked to the center of the room. " I believe that a royal alliance between the 4 Dragon Kings and the Emperor is needed to secure peace. That is why, I will marry Emperor Azulimus. Our union will insure that we are represented in the capital." " Do we look like we were born yesterday?" said Charles. " If the two of you get married, this ensures that the Fire Dragon Kingdom becomes even more powerful. I will never agree to these terms." " As much as it pains me, I will have to agree with Charles." said Nicolas. " The only people who benefit from that union is the Fire Dragon Kingdom. " Here’s my counter proposal." said Lucas. " Emperor Azulimus will marry Princess Rose, along with a princess from each of the other kingdoms.

He must also bare a child with each of them, ensuring that there is no favoritism. In return, he will be granted a seat on the council and given the title of Dragon Emperor." " No, that's preposterous." said Rose. " Father, tell them how ridiculous that is." " Charles, Nicolas, do you find these terms acceptable?" Arthur asked. Both nodded. " And Azulimus, do you find these terms acceptable?" He nodded. " Then it is done. Welcome to the council, Dragon Emperor Azulimus.” Dragon Emperor Azulimus An Emperor with Four Queens Three days later, Emperor Azulimus arrived in Imus with his new fiancés: Princess Olivia of the Water Dragon Kingdom, Princess Lindsay of the Star Dragon Kingdom, and Princess Isabella of the Lightning Dragon Kingdom. As news broke that the Emperor have four wives, the public became divided. While most trusted their emperor, so couldn’t fathom why empire needed four queens. While Rose tells him to explain to his people why this was necessary, Lindsay tells him to remind his people that he is the emperor. And that they have no right to question his decisions. Azulimus would ultimately listen to Lindsay and gave a powerful speech to his people, telling them that he knows what is best for Flamonia. Much to Rose’s surprise, criticism of his new wives died down significantly after this speech. Rose quickly realized that while Olivia and Isabella, lifetime friends of hers, were completely

content with allowing her to be Azulimus’ main wife, Lindsay was a different story. She would often make dinners by hand for Azulimus, saying that it is important that a queen can cook her emperor food without relying on servants. To counter this, Rose made sure that Azulimus' chambers were always clean. She also made sure that she was the first person Azulimus saw when he returned to the palace. This carried on for weeks, each of them trying to one up the other. One day, tired of the competition, Rose went to the throne room to find Lindsay and Azulimus drinking tea. " Hi My love." Rose said with a large smile on her face. " Lindsay." she said as she glared into Lindsay’s eyes. " Azulan, I was hoping to talk to you in private." Rose said. " Why does it have to be in private?" Lindsay replied. " We’re all about to be one big family, there shouldn’t be secrets." Lindsay said, taunting Rose. Azulimus gestured for Lindsay to leave. As she left, Lindsay and Rose locked eyes. " What was on your mind?" Azulimus asked. " What will my title be?" asked Rose. " Will I be a lady, a duchess, who will I be?" she asked as she began to tear up. " You’ll be my queen of course." replied Azulimus. " And the others , what will they be?" Rose asked in anticipation. " In the eyes of the public, they will also

be my queens." he said as life seemed to drain from Rose’s face. " But the same way that this room only has one throne for the queen, there is only one queen of my heart. And that’s you Rose. Not because there is anything wrong with Lindsay, Olivia, and Isabella, but because they are not you." Rose jumped into his arms as they kissed. " Am I interrupting something?" Olivia said as she walked into the throne room. The two composed themselves as Azulimus said, " No of course not. How can I help?" " I just needed you to sign off on this stuff for the wedding." " Of course." Azulimus responded. " Just so you know, we all heard you my emperor." said Olivia. " And we are all happy to be your wives." she said with a smile. " That being said, Lindsay is currently dying her hair blonde." Olivia said with a giggle as she walked out the throne room. A few months later, there was a large royal wedding, and Flamonia received four new queens. That night, while laying in bed with Rose, Azulimus had a dream. He saw what appear to be a comet, flying through space. Then he saw visions of a woman with pale white skin, white hair, and glowing purple eyes. Finally, he saw a pale white hand make and hold a fireball. Azulimus woke up in a sweat.

" So, you felt it too?" Roku said as he walked into the middle of the room. " What was that?" Azulimus asked. " That was something so powerful, that Infernus needed to warn you." said Roku. " But it felt familiar. Like a distant family member I should know." Azulimus replied. " The gods can be criptic. However it is possible that they don’t know what she is either." Roku said as he looked into the sky. They didn’t know it at the time, but the woman they saw was the newly created Goddess of Darkness, Seren. The reason that the gods were so concerned about her was because Naboo didn’t create Seren. She was thrown into this universe by someone truly terrifying, but that's a story for another time. A Vision of Seren Before long, all the queens fell pregnant and gave birth to Azulimus’ children: Luna, daughter of Olivia; Mia, daughter of Lindsay; the twins Sofia and Camila, daughters of Isabella; and Zoi, daughter of Rose. His daughters adored him, spending their days playing in the throne room, chasing Azulimus while throwing fire balls, and playing pranks on their uncle Bolin. As the girls grew, they learned more about their heritage. They studied their father’s predecessors, and spent months with their grandfathers in the Dragon’s Realm. As a gift, the Dragon Kings created a gauntlet that contained all their powers. This gauntlet is now known as The Dragons Claw. Twin Lightning Dragons Azulimus and Zoimus

The Five Torches Over the years, Rose had become quite the warrior. She would accompany Azulimus on missions, usually in her dragon form. The public began to call her " Druk the Destroyer." While no one really knows where the name " Druk" came from, she was known as " The Destroyer" because the only thing that followed her arrival was destruction. Even though many years had passed, Azulimus was still haunted by his dream about the Goddess of Darkness. One day, the planetary stone sensed something powerful nearby. Azulimus, caught off guard by the amount of power that was coming off whatever was calling for him, followed his senses. Before he knew it, he had traveled multiple miles from Imus. He found himself in a dark forest. As he reached an opening in the trees, he saw a tall man walk out of the shadows. As Azulimus looked at the man, 4 more people came out the shadows. Azulimus, believing that this was and ambush, pulled his weapon. Just as Azulimus unsheathed his sword, the 5 people lit their fists. " Who are you guys? Are we related?" Azulimus asked, with a confused look on his face. " They are demi-gods." said Roku as he revealed himself. " Before recently, Infernus walked Flamonia, disguised as a normal man. As he travel his planet, he had five children: Agni, Apollo, Ember, Igneous, and Nuri." " It’s crazy when you try to wrap your

head around it." said Bolin as he walked up. " Uncle, you’re here too? Are you a demi-god as well?" asked Azulimus. " No" Roku replied. " He’s what we call a legacy god. Bolin some how managed to tap into the life force of the universe, or what the other elders and I call, The Force. It seems to have increased his life span. I called everyone here because we’ve all seen the vision of the Dark Goddess. I felt it was important that we all met up. I also need everyones help with something. That means yall too." As Roku finished, two women walked into the light. " Who are they?" Azulimus asked. " This is Dawn, the envoy for Flamonia’s Divine Beast, and Vesta, the 3rd Flamonian spirit. You already ran into the other two, Belenus and Ra. The man who took Belenus in the Dragon’s Realm was Ra.” “Stop standing there in the dark”. Said Roku as Dragon King Arthur revealed himself After he finished speaking, Roku summoned glass vessel wrapped in gold with a floating red crystal inside. " What is this thing Roku?" Azulimus said. " This is our last hope." Roku said. " I need everyone’s blood." One by one, each person dripped their blood onto the crystal. When all was said and done, Roku tapped the top of the vessel, and it was launched into space. Roku then opened a portal and Azulimus walked through.

" Divine beasts, demi-gods, my brain can’t handle it." Azulimus said to Bolin. " Relax kid" said Bolin. " I’ve seen alot in all my years on this planet, and there’s one important fact I’ve learned. We are far from the most powerful beings on this or any planet. But we’re not meant to be, we are meant to be a guiding hand. We are meant to protect Flamonia from whatever comes." " Your right." Azulimus said, feeling a bit more at ease. A Dragon’s Revenge Over the last few months, There had been attacks across Flamonia. One day, Azulimus managed to catch one of these attacks in progress. He watched as a white haired man ran through the village, killing every person in sight. Azulimus rushed in, blasting fire at the man. " That’s enough." Azulimus said. " As your emperor, I demand you to cease this at once. Refusing isn’t an option." he said as he lit his fist. Just then the man turned around, a big grin on his face, and said , " Finally, I thought you’d never show up. I was worried that I would continue to go unnoticed. All mighty emperor, I hate to say it, but you’re coming with me." Shocked by the audacity of the man to tell him to do anything, Azulimus sent a powerful inferno at the man. As the dust settled and the smoke faded, Azulimus watched in shock as the man morphed into a large black fire dragon.

He tried to fight the beast, but was quickly defeated when it smacked him through two houses. When he woke up, Azulimus found himself chained to the ceiling of a dimly lit room. As his vision began to focus, he saw the white haired man sitting across from him. " The Dragon Slayer." said the man. " Such a scary name for someone so weak. You are not the god they think you are. Any way, let me make this simple, give me the planetary stone." " Never!" Azulimus yelled. " Of course. I never expected you to give it up so easily." said the man. " Maybe I can help you understand. You see, you’ve already wronged me." " How is that possible?" Azulimus replied. " This is the first time we’ve met." " True, but that doesn’t mean you haven’t wronged me. Long ago, there were two brothers. They were best friends, and all the family either of them had. They would have each other’s back through thick and thin, until that day. The fire dragons decided that it would be necessary for us to have a leader if we were to prosper as a society. Naturally, the selection process of that leader was determined via duels, some of which ended in death. When the dust settled, the dragons left standing were the two brothers. When faced with choosing his family or a crown, my brother chose the crown." the man yelled.

" I am Dragon Prince Andrew, of the Fire Dragon Kingdom. I will use the planetary stone to kill Arthur, and take the throne by force. Then I will kill the other kings, and take the Dragon’s Realm for myself." As he turned toward Azulimus, he said, " Of course, to secure my hold on power, I will have to kill any remnants of the former Dragon Kings’ bloodlines. So your family will have to go." Azulimus, infuriated by the threat, attempted to break free from the chains, but couldn’t. " You’ll be happy to know that I did my research. Those chains are made of null stone, so they won’t be melting any time soon. So we have nothing but time." For weeks, Andrew tortured Azulimus, inflicting as much pain as possible while keeping him alive. He knew that if Azulimus were to die, the stone would fly away. He needed to get Azulimus to give the stone to him willingly. " Wow!" said Andrew. " I apoligize. You are even stronger than we thought. You’ve earned my respect." Andrew picked up a null stone knife and stabbed Azulimus in the shoulder. " Give me the stone!" yelled Andrew. " Never." Azulimus whispered as he faded in and out of consciousness. " Fine then, we have nothing but time." Andrew said as a devilish smirk appeared on his face. Dragon Queen Lindsay At that moment, the ceiling collapsed as two titan-wing dragons looked into the room. It was

Rose and Lindsay. Before Azulimus could warn them, Arthur morphed into a dragon and flew out of the rubble. As Lindsay rushed to engage Arthur, Rose let out a huge roar before joining the fight. At the sound of Rose’s roar, Olivia and Isabella flew in, attacking Arthur from behind. As the queens ripped Arthur apart, five adolescent dragons landed right outside the rubble. Azulimus' five daughters morph back into people and searched for their father. " He’s over here!" Zoi said as she pulled Azulimus out of the destroyed building. " Father are you ok?" asked Luna. " My beautiful girls." Azulimus said weakly as he lost consciousness. The princesses turned back into dragons and flew back to the palace as fast as they could. Seeing that his plan had failed, Andrew managed to break free of the four angry titan-wings and escape into the horizon. The Immortal Dragon It took several months, but eventually Azulimus made a full recovery. During that time, Rose and the other queens told him everything they knew about Andrew. It was revealed that the story he’d told Azulimus, was far from accurate. Andrew was the brother that chose the throne over his brother. The rest of the dragons disagreed and chose Arthur, and Andrew remained bitter. After the establishment of the Fire Dragon Kingdom, Andrew attempted, on multiple occasions, to assassinate Arthur. Ultimately, Arthur was force to exile is brother from the Dragon’s Realm.

He placed a spell on Andrew, stopping him from accessing the Dragon’s Realm from any arch, regardless of what kingdom it belongs too. Despite their mothers’ deep rivalry, Rose and Mia were extremely close. As they grew up and stopped chasing their father around, the two of them found a connection through their love of history. While Rose was obsessed with royal Flamonian history, and Mia loved to study her culture’s history, their favorite topic to study was the history of other planets. They’d have Roku bring them books from Olympus and Luna, and they’d read them cover to cover in days. One day, Zoi convinced Mia to go to the same forest that Rose and Azulimus fell in love. While she was skeptical at first, Mia’s arguments faded away at the sight of the view that was in front of them. They wandered around the forest for hours, enjoying a perfect evening. In the moment, nothing could have ruined their day, but that changed in an instant. On their way back to the palace, they were caught off guard by the creepy vibe of the once beautiful forest. Out of nowhere they saw two large glowing eyes. The two princesses morphed into dragons and roared at the figure. They were horrified when the figure sent a deafening roar back at them. Andrew, in his dragon form, revealed himself. He sent a huge fire blast at Mia, which sent her flying.

He smacked Zoi with his tail, which sent her crashing through dozens of trees. As Mia lost consciousness, she saw Andrew fly away with Zoi in his claws. Azulimus’ Final Battle That morning, Mia was found by her sisters and brought back to the palace. " I’m so sorry Father." said Mia. " I wasn’t strong enough." " It’s ok my child." replied Azulimus. " You did nothing wrong.” Just then, one of the royal guard brought Azulimus a note that said " I took what’s yours, come and get her." As he finished reading the note, everyone was caught off guard by the loud roars of 6 adult dragons. " He knows he can’t beat us all." said Azulimus. " Uncle, Lindsay, Olivia, and Isabella, you will fight of those dragons." " Girls, get ready, we’re going to get Zoi." he said. His daughters yelled, " Yes sir." " Rose, I have no intentions of taking prisoners or exiling him. He will not see another day." Azulimus said. " The fact that he is still breathing right now is making my blood boil. Lets go get our princess." Rose replied. Azulimus went to his room where he pulled out a small box. It had a ring with a large red crystal on it. Azulimus put on the ring. The Dragon’s Claw While Bolin and the others took care of the dragons, Azulimus went to get his daughter. Riding

on Rose's back, with his daughters flying behind him, Azulimus arrived at an abandoned building. He and Rose went to investigate. They found Chloe chained to the floor in the building’s rooms. As Azulimus melted the chains, Andrew walked out of the shadows and said, " See this is how family should act. They should come running when someone is hurt or wronged. Your father could take notes Rose." At that comment, Rose morphed into a dragon, grabbing Andrew and dragging him outside. Andrew morphed into his dragon form, shaking off Rose as they began to fight in the sky. Once they were clear, Azulimus signaled his daughters to come to him. " Protect you your sister." he said. " Once we handle Andrew, we’ll all go home together." Azulimus launched himself in the air, signaling Rose to back off as he sent three blazing slashes from The Star Saber. All three hit their target, sending Andrew plummeting to the ground. As he tried to get up, Azulimus sent two more gigantic slashes at him. Andrew managed to dodge them, but was met by Rose as he tried to flea. Fed up with their attacks, Andrew released an energy shockwave that sent Rose flying. As Andrew chased her falling body, his claws and teeth began to turn bright orange. As Rose hit the ground, Andrew landed on top of her, raising his glowing claw above her. Azulimus and his daughters rushed toward Rose, but they knew they wouldn’t make it.

At that moment, they heard a roar twice as loud as Rose’s. They looked in the sky to see an enormous white dragon. In a flash, it snatched up Andrew in it’s jaws. The appearance of this white dragon sent shivers through Bolin and the queens. " Go, they need you!" Roku yelled. " I can handle these guys." The four of them began head toward their family as fast as they could. Dragon Queen Isabella Dragon Queen Olivia As Azulimus and his daughters approached Rose, she morphed back into her human form, her injuries making it hard to maintain her dragon form. They watched as the white dragon tore Andrew apart. Every time Andrew attempted to attack, his power and strength were taken by the white dragon. Before he could get loose, the white dragon sunk it’s teeth into Andrew’s neck, ripping off his head. As Andrew’s body fell, the white dragon began to charge toward Rose. While his daughters morphed into dragons, ready to defend Rose to their dying breath, Azulimus knew it wouldn’t be enough. Azulimus snapped his fingers and his ring turned into The Dragon’s Claw. As he thought about what Arthur told him, " This gauntlet contains all of our powers," Azulimus funneled every drop of power he had into the Dragon’s Claw. As the queens and Bolin arrive on the battlefield, they watch in awe as Azulimus transformed to a large black dragon with glowing scales and eyes. Azulimus charged toward the white dragon.

The two beast fought, shaking the ground and sky alike. Despite its efforts, the white dragon couldn’t seem to take all of Azulimus power. It launched him away. As Azulimus attempted to re-engage, the white dragon sent a powerful blast of unknown energy at him. The blast dazed Azulimus, giving the white dragon the opening it needed to wrap its body around him like a snake. It shifted its scales, turning its tail into a razor sharp spear. In front of his family and Infernus, Azulimus was stabbed straight through the heart by the white dragon. As he fell, he morphed back into his human form, finishing the transformation as he hit the ground. The white dragon let out a huge roar as it flew out of view. This mysterious white dragon would kill more guardians than nearly any other being in the universe. For that reason, it was given the name, The White Death. The White Death Everyone rushed toward Azulimus. "Rose." Azulimus said weakly. " Is she safe? Did we save her?" " Yes Father, you did it." Zoi said. " Please Father, don’t go.
