EXT: SAME TIME OUTSIDE RESTAURANT Steve and Jonny move up through the trees toward the restaurant like stealthy panthers. They take note of the army of body guards in the car park as they make their way up toward the terrace. They watch with mouths agape as Annalesia emerges from the billowing curtains like some angelic being. JOHNNY What is that? They watch with awe as Annalesia removes her mask, basks in the setting Sun and tosses her head to let her hair truss in the breeze. There is fire in Steve’s eyes. STEVE That! My man. Is a babe from another world. Jonny whistles. JOHNNY She’s gorgeous.. Steve hushes him and they both duck into the undergrowth as Annalesia glances toward them. JOHNNY Well! We now know what was in that limo. STEVE Hmm! An angel from the heavens. JOHNNY Now what? STEVE We capture that alien babe. Take her back to the car. And. JOHNNY And split this party. STEVE Absolutely. JOHNNY Game plan? STEVE I distract her. You sneak up behind. The boys split up and circle around the terrace. Steve slips onto the terrace and approaches Annaleisa from the side and slightly behind. STEVE A beautiful view. Annaleisa turns to face Steve as Jonny slips onto the terrace behind her. ANNALEISA Who are you? STEVE I am but a humble admirer of all things beautiful. ANNALEISA What do you mean? STEVE I mean. That you are the most beautiful sight on this entire world. She preens her hair. ANNALEISA You think I’m beautiful. STEVE In all my life. Never have I laid my eyes upon such beauty. You take my breath away. As Steve edges toward her, she turns to the door and is confronted by Johnny as he blocks her retreat. JOHNNY My silver tongued friend has a gift for words. But mere words cannot do justice to your beauty. For your beauty is beyond all known words to describe. STEVE May I introduce my friend, Jonny. Jonny bows. JOHNNY Jonny Moretti. At your service. She tries to step around Johnny and he drops to a crouch, moves into her and rises with her draped over his shoulder. She screams for help. Suddenly two of Devalk’s body guards rush onto the terrace as Steve helps guide Johnny as he struggles to carry the girl as she thrashes about. STEVE Move. Move. Steve moves forward to meet the guards and decks them both with round house kicks. Devalk rushes out onto the terrace in time to see Steve jump over the balcony. Devalk looks over the balcony and watches Steve as he ushers Jonny and the struggling Annaleisa through the trees toward a car. Several guards run up to Devalk. DEVALK Get after them. Go. Go. The guards set off after as another group arrives on the terrace. DEVALK You drivers. Get to your cars and get down there. They’ve got my niece. Steve shoots a look over his shoulder at the pursuers and tries to usher Johnny forward faster. STEVE Come on Jonny. The whole party’s coming after us. JOHNNY I’m doing my best man. For God’s sake stop struggling woman. ANNALEISA Go to Hell asshole! JOHNNY Charming! ANNALEISA Let me go. Steve turns and meets the first of the guards to catch up with them, ducks into the attack and pushes up to throw the guard over his shoulder, using the guard’s own momentum against him. The next guard to reach them launches a series of round house kicks, Steve blocks the kicks as he retreats then counter attacks with body and head punches that knocks the guard into the undergrowth. On the terrace, Obst Devalk observes Steve’s fighting skills. Steve notices other guards circling through the trees in an attempt to cut off Johnny, he rushes to catch up with his friend. Johnny arrives at the car and is met by two guards, nonchalantly kicks one of them in the groin, causes him to double over and drop to his knees. The other guard attempts to grab the girl from his shoulders, Johnny stomps on his foot, causes him to hop on one foot, then stomps on the other and he tumbles to the ground. Jonny swings around and the feet of Annaleisa accidentally slap an approaching guard in the face. JOHNNY I could do with a little help here. Steve arrives, grabs the foot slapped guard and butts his head onto the roof of the car. STEVE (TO ANNALESIA) Your chariot awaits my lady. Steve opens the passenger door and folds forward the passenger seat. JOHNNY What took you man? STEVE I was watching... Steve notices Annaleisa’s cute bottom draped over Johnny’s shoulder. STEVE The rear. JOHNNY Mine or hers? STEVE No comment. Jonny kicks the guard he foot stomped in the face, with Steve’s help, struggles for a moment, then throws a kicking, resistant Annaleisa into the back seat and dives in next to her. Steve throws the seat back into place, slams the door and turns to block a round kick attack from another guard. Two more guards rush in and Steve falls back onto the bonnet as he wrestles with them. Inside the car, Annaleisa suddenly stops fighting with Johnny when she hears Steve slam onto the bonnet. ANNALEISA Is your friend alright? JOHNNY Is he alright! What about me? Steve kicks off his attackers and backward somersaults off the bonnet and onto his feet on the other side of the car. Annalesia continues to wrestle with Jonny. As Steve opens the driver’s door, more guards come at him, he uses the door to body slam one of them, then lets loose a series of round kicks to take the others out. As Steve fights off the mass attack, one of the guards slips behind him and climbs into the driver’s side of the car. Johnny momentarily stops wrestling to hold Annaleisa and punches the guard in the face. Steve turns his attention back to the open driver’s door, sees the guard inside, grabs him by the back of the belt and yanks him out, onto the ground. Steve jumps into the driver’s seat and yanks the door closed, a guard yelps when his fingers are caught in the door, Steve releases the door then closes it again when the guard with draws his hands. STEVE Watch your fingers buddy. JOHNNY Get us out of here bro. Annalesia stops struggling with Jonny for a moment. ANNALEISA Are you okay? STEVE Let you know in a minute. Steve turns the ignition, the car roars to life, throws the gear stick into reverse and hits the accelerator. Several guards jump onto the bonnet and roof of the car. Steve reverses the vehicle back along the forest lane at break-neck speed. One by one the guards fall from the car, until only one remains on the bonnet, desperately holding on to the windscreen wipers. Steve activates the wipers and guard falls into the forest. Steve’s car bursts from the forest onto the main road and stops. Steve looks up at the restaurant car park to see alien cars charging onto the main road in pursuit.
