The Story of Us

Once upon a time, there was a tall, handsome man named Stevie. He was at his best friend Kevin's parents’ anniversary celebration at a banquet hall in Burlington. It was here, amongst all of Kevin’s family and friends, he met Gillian, a beautiful brunette, for the first time. The next day after the anniversary party, Stevie and Gillian rode back to Toronto - where they both lived - with their friends, and just happened to get to sit next to each other in the back of the minivan. They chatted the whole ride back to Toronto, and made each other laugh. When they got back to Toronto, Stevie gave Gillian and his other friends a tour of his apartment building. Gillian "accidentally" left her hoodie at his place. Whether this was actually an accident, or a devious scheme, the result was the same. It gave Stevie an excuse to get back in touch with her. A few days after they initially met, Stevie went over to Gillian’s place on Ossington to drop off her hoodie - unfortunately Gillian wasn’t there. Stevie left the hoodie with Dom, one of Gillian’s roommates. Not getting the chance to see Stevie in person, Gillian was left feeling sad. Not to worry though - Gillian called Stevie to thank him for dropping it off, and they arranged for a time to meet up - for their first date.
