Kutlu Mızrak
The wind clawed at my cloak, trying to rip me from the precipice. Below, the valley stretched like a wrinkled green tapestry, stitched with silver threads of rivers. I gripped the hilt of Dawnbreaker, its familiar weight a small comfort against the vastness. He would come. I felt it in the marrow of my bones, the way the air crackled with anticipation. A raven, black as sin, spiraled down from the bruised sky, landing on a jagged rock nearby. Its obsidian eyes seemed to mock me. "Expecting someone, hero?" The voice, a rasp of stones grinding together, echoed from behind. I turned, and there he was. Vorlag. Tall and gaunt, his face a skull draped in pale skin. Black robes billowed around him, and his eyes glowed with malevolent amusement. A cruel smile twisted his lips, revealing teeth filed to sharp points. "Did you think you could hide from me, Elara?" He raised a hand, and the raven took flight, disappearing into the gathering storm. "How disappointing."
